Finch Plumbing did an excellent job for me again. This one was very tricky and took a lot of effort on Jamie's part - there was a problem with the hot water flow to the en suite. Jamie located the problem and managed to bypass the old pipes buried in the floor, rather than digging up the concrete! He was recommended to me for 'difficult jobs' and was brilliant. In the end it took him less time than the original quote and he reduced his bill accordingly.

Took longer than expected but a good job in the end.

Finch have been our plumbers for many years.We had a water leak at our property recently which they dealt with promptly and efficiently, carrying out the repair with the minimum of disruption and leaving everything in good order.
We cannot praise Finch highly enough and have no hesitation in recommending them to others. A very friendly and impressive company!

Once again, an excellent job completed by Jamie. A first service for our boiler, installed last year by Jamie, and a 5 year replacement filter + post filter replacement for our water softener. Cannot fault his professionalism and courtesy.

We had Jamie or Mason in our apartment on three occasions. On all occasions they were well able to explain things simply, identify the options and execute accordingly. Unusual also these days, they followed up on things. So highly recommended!!!

I wish I could give 6 stars to stand out above other 5 star reviews I've given as Finch is head and shoulders above anything else I've reviewed. I had a small studio bungalow completely done over- so new floor, kitchen and some work in the shower room plus new radiators and boiler. So a lot!
The work was great, all workmen reliable and tidied up after themselves, the price competitive and fair, deadlines kept. But what stood out for me was an exceptional collaborative attitude. Jamie (who oversaw everything) didn't just want to make sure the job was done well he wanted the customer to be happy and offered advice, clear costings, and fantastic attention to detail. I changed my mind on some of the work needed just before work started but the planning encompassed this seamlessly. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Both Jamie and Colin were conscientious and intent on ensuring our heating system was greatly improved in efficiency and ease of use. We would highly recommend this company and intend to use them for future projects we have.

Finch Plumbing replaced our whole shower unit in our ensuite, including retiring. The job has been done very well and the plumber ensured that he cleaned up thoroughly before he left causing minimal disruption. We always use Finches and will continue to do so

We were recommended to use the company to replace our existing boiler. It was not straightforward. It involved use of a cherrypicker due to the location of the flue and the weight restriction required for the vehicle. Every aspect of the installation from initial contact to completion of the project was carried out efficiently, professionally, on time and at the agreed price, together with the relevant guarantees etc. Smaller jobs including replacing a waste disposal unit have been dealt with in a similar manner. We would not hesitate to use the company again.
