the most disgusting delivery service out of all that exist!!!
They don’t even knock on your door, just take a picture and leave, really bad service
Super shady. I have a doorbell camera. Courier left parcel on my doorstep and 20 minutes later another guy came and stole it. My door is out of the way but he came and reached for the parcel before he even looked to see if there was a parcel there. He definitely knew it was there and I think he was working with the courier.
Never heard of this company before now and will think twice if ordering from TikTok.
Every single time I have ordered I have never received my parcel the first time. Every time I leave in the notes to leave the parcel in the safe place (it’s not an expensive parcel). Every other Courier Royal Mail, even, yodel, dpd etc is able to read the note/safeplace. It’s really not hard and getting quite annoying now especially when I don’t get to pick what courier to use on TikTok 🙃
Completely made up tracking that resets every time you look at it promising delivery in the next hour. And then parcel never gets delivered. Vuse is using this as their default delivery.
These company are shady company. Findelivers have stolen my item and lied they have delivered the item ordered from Tiktok. I have checked all corners and spoken to my neighbours no one attempted to deliver any product or item. They can lie for the whole world.. scammers and roggs staffs from findelivers. You are all thieves.
I need my order if you still have it...or else.the wrought of God will catch you all soon.
I will not recommend Tiktok keep on using this company any longer. They are Roggs.
Useless and extremely unprofessional dishonest company!! I ordered an item from TikTok which was arranged for delivery from this courier, waited all day the day of delivery and suddenly whilst tracking status showed attempted failed delivery, contacted TikTok as also said my order would be returned to seller and they also told me my order would be delivered today a day after as in transit. This experience has really put me off shopping from TikTok as the sellers use shoddy courier’s who have no respect for individuals parcels at all!!
This company should have delivered a parcel on 13th December.. the parcel apparently got damaged in transit, it’s now 5 days later and I’ve heard nothing .. their email bounces back I’ve sent 6 ).. they do not man WhatsApp ( I’ve waited 2 days for a response ) .. it’s impossible to contact them .. they have my parcel and I’ve no way of tracing it .. the seller was TikTok who are refusing to follow up for 15 days post delivery date .. my advice .. don’t use these as your chosen carrier.. I’m out of pocket and a Christmas gift missing .. avoid this company if you want safe, secure delivery
