Great communication with staff member Hazel who responded promptly, and provided all of the information I had requested with clear explanations.

A few issues, the hotel had no air conditioning, the trips were great but not long enough to have a break for coffee or something to eat, a long day in the heat, but loved the country

I booked a rather complex trip involving lots of train travel with Olivia. I have to be honest I’m quite tricky to please and I asked her on various occasions to change hotels to my required choice. She did this very promptly and efficiently and to be fair the overall booking process was excellent. She was incredibly patient with me and extremely helpful. I just hope the trip works as well as the booking process did.

Unfortunately, due to a change in recent personal circumstances, I wasn't able to take up the offer of them. Very reasonably priced trips too. Easy to find the perfect holiday

They are very professional. I wasn’t sure at first, but I booked a family trip to Italy and Venice for six days and I asked them to upgrade which was no problem at all. Good value for money and monthly payment options. Very helpful company .
