My therapist is the best. She helps me acknowledge my trauma, and triggers and is helping me to cope and better handle stressful situations. Most importantly she helps me to remember that no matter how much I hurt suicide isn’t the answer. Also there’s nothing wrong with taking it one day at a time.

Because they deleted my review I’m writing another one. These scammers charged me after I canceled my service. When I initially made the appointment the website crashed and I NEVER received a confirmation that my booking went through. I continued to get calls from an unknown number but they NEVER left a voicemail saying who the were. Suddenly I got a text saying my appointment is upcoming and it had theoption to cancel. I CANCELED and continued to get calls. They stopped texting however I got charged $100 on my account weeks later for a service that was NEVER PROVIDED. I have screenshots and prof of everything and there is no customer service. I even tried logging to my account to speak with someone and guess what?? They said no account existed so how did I get charged??? Really bad service that takes advantage of people who need help

I’ve been seeing my therapist for almost a year now. The experience has been very positive and the tools I am given are helpful in everyday life. My mental health has improved immensely and the way I’m dealing with obstacles is much healthier. I have experienced many setbacks this year including the loss of a parent the loss of a job and the loss of interest in finding joy in life. I have found my therapy to help me find purpose and overcome many things that I was not equipped to deal with prior. I believe everyone could use therapy of some kind to get through life.

I love my therapist. She is so practical and thoughtful, and often gives me great feedback and food for thought.
The only downside is the billing. It has recently become a bit of a pain. I often don't get notified that I have a bill until after it's due. And it's near impossible to navigate to where they will show you what's paid and what's When due. I first started, they would just charge my card so I didn't have to think about it. Not sure what changed. My card on file is still good.
Aside from that I still think it's a good platform and my therapist is awesome.

David is fantastic and really listens. He always has a meaningful, constructive gameplan. He has really shown me how to love and respect myself and as an extension how to demonstrate that to others. I now am empowered to respond and not react and have found an inner calm that I previously feared I had lost.
