trainer didn't show up to last session. Forgot to show up to the make up session, then stopped responding to the third make up session. Unfortunately I won't be using the product again. Also had multiple billing issues, all of which were promptly resolved, but still - do I really need to be contacting customer service multiple times for incorrect use of my credit card?

Maurice is a true expert in his field. He changes up my sessions every week which keeps me motivated and intersted. He also draws from a range of disciplines from boxing to yoga that has increased my coordination, flexibility and confidence when undertaking my own activities like golf, cycling and landscaping. Would highly recommend him.

I would recommend anyone to use Andre as a trainer!! He's a very caring person who really is interested in his clients and their progress. He always comes prepared and smiling!

Rob's educational, challenging and fun. I had never had a personal trainer before and was redicent to start, but ended up signing up for more sessions after my first five. Rob's got me to a place where I feel less intimidated, more knowledgeable and able to replicate what we've done on my own.

Crystal was very helpful and motivating. She communicated very well to set up the first meeting at the gym. She was very prepared with a detailed personalized program designed for my goals as well as tools to take initial measurements to assess my progress. She was friendly and professional which made my first experience at the gym in over 10 years comfortable and easy for me.

Matt understands anatomy, nutrition, proper form and is a pleasure to work with! What more can you ask? In addition, he works with each individual at their level - motivatng them when appropriate yet very understanding of limitations or injury’s. Try Matt, you’ll be happy you did.
