placed the initial order for one (1) water filter on June 8, 2026. first delivery lost. replacement supposedly sent June 25, 2026. after waiting far too long, i requested a refund, and was assured the filter was going to be delivered that day. after more than a week, i checked the tracking and found that the package was not properly posted and was being returned to the sender. i once again requested a refund, which has been promised, but with the failures already from this company, i am not sure i will get it.

Terrible experience – total scam!
I ordered a 3-stage water filter 10 days ago and still haven’t received it. No response from the company, no refund, and no product. they are scammers.

I placed an order for a Triflow filter.
I'm an experienced plumbing and heating engineer.
Somehow I have ordered the wrong filters?
I contacted customer services and I spoke to a young lady. She was very rude and kept threatening me that she would put the phone down on me???
Apparently I raised my voice!!
I apologised several time and even said "could we start again"
I disagreed myself but this lady would not listen.
She even wasn't going to assist in reordering the correct filter over the phone?
I have now paid an extorniate price for a single filter, and to make things worse. Finefilter don't have a returns label and at my cost I have to go to the post office.
Shocking customer service agent.
I will look somewhere else next time when I want I need a replacement.
Funny how this company are quite happy to take my money and think the above is acceptable behaviour.
