I have used Fing for a long time and never had to contact support. When I found I could run it on my NAS its ROI went up considerably. There were some problems with the container and the phone app and the support team helped me resolve it. They stuck with the ticket over a long time - happy with their support.

Helpful for the small amount it does. Warnings show up, but no explanation or where to find explanation. When I contacted support, they requested a copy of the connectivity log, but that also wasn't helpful to them. ID's for devices could use improvement also. I'm paying for premium plan and getting less than the free plan in my opinion. I cancelled less than a month into this joke.

I am a non techie but Fing made be able to monitor the networks I use everyday and let me control with use. Saved me a full time network administrator to do that job. Thanks.

The product, for whatever reason, didn’t work for me. However, the customer service team was excellent and refunded the full amount of my subscription and did it more quickly than most companies.

Great customer support. I had a device, which was not in the Fing-Database. Fing did not forget it and added it after a few months and notified me

Fing helps me know when Spectrum is down and it isn't me that's the problem.

I started using Fing about 15 years ago. I bought the first Fingbox ( and still have it ). I've only recently installed it in my PC. Tried having it in my phone and using the fingbox but that didn't work well. So, Im satisfied with it on my PC.

I have used it on and off for years at home, the discovery system and layout is great , I wish there was a network layout map option, maybe its there and i missed it?

Ive been using fing for a few years, it makes it easy at a glance to see the "whats going on" on my network.

I am a Premium Plan Account, which Is Active on my PC desktop app. No problems so far.
I installed the app also on my Mac, but It does NOT work, stating that there is a
problem and telling me to contact the Support. Done, but I never receive a reply..
I also installed the Android app, bu it doesn't recognize my Premium Account, setting me on the Free Plan only, which has not the full specs available, this it's unuseful to me. Support contacted again, and after 2
months the problem is still unsolved. Then I uninstalled both Mac & Android apps, mantaining the PC desktop app only ...Fing Support performances have been very poor....

Fing has grown from a useful and accurate mobile app from the early days into a very complete network monitoring ecosystem. I love it's availability in various platforms (Win, Mac, iOS, And, Raspberry, etc).

It still has room for improvement but so far, I think it is the best and easiest to use non-professional network monitoring tool.

It wouldn't surprise me if they go the full-professional way anytime soon!

This app gives me all the information I need to keep my network secure! Great customer service! I've been using the free version for a few years now and recently subscribed to the premium plan which is even more important information! Thanks again everyone @fing!

A useful app but am still exploring its uses and results

One of my most favourite, and most used app's. I'm not sure about anyone else, but it's encouraged me to learn a lot more about what is actually going on, on my network and between all my devices. It has definitely helped me secure my network.
