The help received from Fingo from sourcing car options to financing the vehicle/ lease is unbelievable and so highly recommended. Veronica was exceptional in her customer service, she knew who we were, was honest in her responses, was easily contactable, followed up promptly and nothing was a problem. She made the whole experience hassle free and was transparent throughout the process. Veronica is a valuable asset to Fingo and deserves a pay rise!!! The team complimented the experience in setting up the lease and all of the associated details. They took care of everything with the dealer and all I had to do was sign. Looking forward to using the portal to make claiming even easier.

Veronica Burrows was my first contact. She was very good in following up and thorough with the process and provided me all the information I need to know with the lease process. She was dedicated and very helpful helping me to get the best lease deal for me.
Alistair Rogers was another person I had contact with. He was extremely helpful with clear step by step with the paperwork I need to complete. He was very kind, extremely patience the whole time despite there were a time the paperwork was delayed with the submission from my party.
Veronica and Alistair provided the time and very considerate not to cause any inconvenient or disruption to my day work with their willingness to talk to me after office hours or during the weekend.
I was pleased the process went smoothly without any issues.

Julie at Fingo was outstanding.

She didn’t try to upsell me or push the most expensive option. Instead, she worked with me to find the right vehicle for my situation. We went through multiple scenarios, and she prepared numerous quotes without pressure or shortcuts, clearly explaining the pros and cons of each.

Julie also managed the entire process with my employer, which saved me a huge amount of time and effort. Everything was handled professionally, calmly, and with genuine care for getting the best outcome for me, not the biggest deal.
