They don't follow their own policy for back orders to contact the customer to see what they want to do, make you chase them down to see why stuff didn't ship, and then they scam you for the full shipping costs of the order despite shipping less.
I contacted them about a year ago asking if they made clothes in sizes larger than were listed on the site.
Their response was to bark at me that they were capable of making custom sizes, but because I violated some unwritten code with them, I was banned from ever doing business with them. First and last time I ever contacted them.
Absolute psychos.
Paid for RBS trousers in December 2021, it's now August 2022 and still not arrived. Asked for a refund and got an automated email reply. Heard nothing since April. Absolutely terrible company. Avoid these whining charlatans.

No customer under the name "Ben Benjamin" exists on our records, so presumably this is an alias. Full refunds have been sent to any and all customers who have requested them, and multiple advisories have been posted about delays. We don't think being transparent about the reasons behind delays is inappropriate, hence why we have tried to give the public as much information as possible.
All accounts are entirely settled as of 8 September, including outstanding orders and cancellation requests. If you need anything else, I'm sure you know where to contact us.
Been buying from them for years. I actually found them before they were very well established so I had the fun time of buying from them when their website looked like one of those fly by Chinese scam websites. The owner is a great guy and their customer service is pretty great. Biggest draw is them selling reproductions of really rare camouflage. You might find other people selling similar camo, but Fireforce is the only set up making sure they get that camo right. Other guys will be selling stuff where the tan parts are yellow, green and other assorted colors they aren't supposed to be.
Absolutely great company that has great products at great prices. Would highly recommend.

Purchased a brush-stroke uniform top which turned out to be incomplete (missing a button). Emailed multiple times and was told each time that they were "reaching out to the manufacturer" and told to stay tuned each time.
Fast forward two months and nothing. I would've been content with an apology and a button to sow on... but I didn't even get that.
First and only experience with Fireforce, pretty disappointing. Will personally avoid in the future. YMMV.

I can really recommend this canadian company. They make excellent replica products and are very serious and professional both with very fast replies aswell as fast deliveries.
