I ordered a lapel badge, charged me £7.98 including a box that i didn't want, because you couldn't order the badge without.2 months on, despite numerous telephone calls with messages & my number left, plus emails asking why i had not received my badge OR why hadn't anyone BOTHERED to contsct me to explain or apologise NOTHING !.As others have left similar feedback, DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS MOB , OR SOUND ADVICE, Which is what you get on your invoice, but NO goods arrive

Ordered RAF reg car stickers 28/9/24 not arrived yet money been drawn out of account, tried to phone on 01482 223308 always engaged, tried 01778428749 does not work.
invoice no/1451-- order no2117.

Placed an order a year ago. Paid at the time of the order. Informed it would take at least 9 months to fulfill the order. 13 months later there is still no delivery.

I recently purchased a pair of Napoleonic shoes from The Quarter Master Store's page on Etsy, being new to reenactment I was a bit worried (as you can imagine) the Quarter Masters Store really helped out with getting me a pair of shoes that fit and getting them here before my first event!
Absolutely fantastic, I can't recommend them highly enough, and will be purchasing from them again without any worries.

Mike at Quartermaster Stores is an artisan of the very highest quality, and spared no detail, cut no corners, and produced the very finest pair of bespoke 17th Century "court" shoes that I have ever seen. They were recently used at a high profile event.

I cannot express the joy of opening a box delivered to me, and smelling the wonderful vegitable tanned, natural leather coming from within, and feeling the FLAWLESS leather and wood used in the construction.

I recently received my order from Quartermaster Stores. Definitely worth the wait. I ordered their 17th century leather Snap Sack. Completely satisfied. Product is all hand sewn with no mistakes and good quality leather. A perfect addition to my kit. Customer service was too-notch. They kept me informed all the way up to delivery.

Purchased a bronze Celtic mirror during the recent sale, communication was prompt and concise, shipping was reasonably priced considering it was coming to Australia, and the parcel arrived incredibly fast, again, considering it was coming to Australia! The quality of this hand mirror has absolutely astonished me, and I’m glad I managed to purchase this mirror! Love you guys, love your work!

I was taking part in a historic riding display for an event last year but was short of a sword and a sling for my cartridge box. I only had a week until the event. The team here were amazing! Sorted my stuff out straight away for me. I sent pictures and it was made perfect. Correct size and I was very happy. I have bought from this company at A.R.M and will continue to do so.

Mike at Quartermaster stores is kind, helpful, friendly, honest and hardworking. His small team do everything they can to supply their customers. Never had an issue with the service provided, never heard a bad thing said about the business from any reenactor who has dealt with Mike.

I have purchased uniforms and equipment from Mike for over 15 years and I have to say his service has been second to none.
Mike has helped research uniforms and badging to ensure its correct attention to detail is in my experience excellent.
Recently I placed a large order and Mike has been great.
I am have received items extremely quickly never had an issue.

Quartermaster Stores provide an excellent service with high quality items across many periods. Their knowledge and expertise means I trust them entirely when ordering what I need for my work as a public historian. They are friendly, helpful and professional. I highly recommend.

Customer service is excellent, Amy in particular kept me informed from the time I placed my order, that as my order was to be hand made it would take a little while to make. This was fine with me and when my Baldric arrived it fit perfectly and the standard was second to none. I am new to re-enacting but shall be using this store again and look forward to visiting them at one of the many trade shows I have been advised they attend.

Took 23 months to fail to deliver an item I ordered. Excuses included Covid, cash flow (you had my money), illness, moving house, no fabric to make my item. In the end it took an email giving 14 days notice to get my money refunded. Shame as the goods, if delivered are supposed to be good. Now I hear they have had a vehicle accident. Unfortunate and very unlucky traders.
Edit. The near fatal vehicle crash was in August 2023 so whilst unfortunate, totally irrelevant as it happened 2 months after my case was resolved.
