Found the products I needed , bad delivery
Found the products I needed , I got tracking information arrived 90mins late which is down to fed ex , companies should really consider their couriers as customers are often swayed by avoiding notoriously bad delivery companies.
As I told you by email your tracking said between 9am and 1pm so yes waiting in for over an hour after waiting in a whole morning plus part of the afternoon was a poor delivery service , if you had said by 3pm that would have been accurate which would have made it acceptable so don’t fire back with 2:16pm is acceptable when the tracking said before 1pm!!! And as for refunding 1 of the delivery charges so you should as you sent them together in 1 box !!

We're sorry that you feel a delivery by 2:07pm the day after your purchase was processed, was a bad delivery. As standard, next day deliveries can be any time up to 6:00pm, and any correspondence regarding an estimated delivery time is directly from the courier and not ourselves. If you required a timed delivery slot, we would have been more than happy to facilitate that, but your order was completed with standard next day delivery only.
However, we're very happy to hear that the products met your expectations.
We always strive to give our customers the best possible service, and on this occasion we noted that you placed 2 separate orders on different days. We combined the goods into a single parcel and organised a refund of the carriage on one of fees those for you, in order to ensure that you received the best service from us.

It's always disappointing to receive a review that is anything short of the normal 5 star reviews that we receive.
The order was placed at 13h55.
Delivery was first attempted at 13h36 the next day.
There was no one evident at the address to accept delivery.
A courier delivery notification card was left.
No request for secure porch to be utilised was received when the order was placed.
A second delivery attempt was made at 09h26 the following day, where the delivery was rejected by the customer, despite the customer e-mailing the previous evening, requesting a delivery time of pre - 12h00.
Our returns process was enacted, as per our standard T's & C's.
It goes to show that the old saying of "you can't please all of the people, all of the time" is often true.
We apologise for failing to meet all of your expectations in this instance.
We will continue to strive to provide exceptional levels of customer service, always aiming to exceed our customer's expectations.
Charged for transport when IPF made an error
Emailed an order through, recipient at International Passive Fire got the order wrong and delivered incorrect volume... The response from the senior management to rectify the issue was great... worked with them for years.
