Even when the Hauliers managed to drop my firewood at the wrong address B was fantastic and sorted it out.

I phoned the company and ordered two mega pallets of hard wood, the process took a few minutes to sort out, a delivery date was given and they were delivered as stated, the driver reversed into my driveway put the pallets next to my woodshed so I only had to handle the logs once, all told very professional and friendly, very pleased

Not so good this time!
Easy to order via the website, reasonably prompt communications and delivery from the pallet courier, just a few days.
I purchased "B grade" crates of logs, as I had previously bought them before, but this time the wood was not really what you could describe as logs. It was very small sections of split log wood, more like larges kindling wood or wood sized for pizza ovens rather than proper size fire logs, so this was very disappointing. The previous "B grade" crates I bought last year were indeed properly sized logs, but just a little rough in appearance. I was expecting the same again, but no. I would describe these latest supposed "b grade" crates delivered as "C grade" or "D grade", pretty dreadful really, but they are wood and will burn...Just not for long or efficiently! I probably wouldn't risk buying their "B grade" crates again after this experience.

We're sorry to learn, however, that the latest B-Grade crates did not meet your expectations. We appreciate that your previous experience with this product had been much more positive, with logs that were closer to our standard sizes, albeit with cosmetic imperfections. Receiving predominantly smaller pieces more akin to kindling or pizza oven wood was understandably disappointing, especially when you had based your purchase on your previous experience.
As outlined on our website, B-Grade products are sold on an "as is" basis and may contain logs that are smaller or larger than our usual specifications. These crates have failed our normal quality control standards due to factors such as size variation, moisture, mould, or appearance and are therefore offered at a discounted price.
That said, we understand that there can be considerable variation between batches, and we're sorry that this particular delivery fell short of what you had come to expect from previous B-Grade purchases. We appreciate your honest feedback and will ensure your comments are shared with the relevant team.

We have used Firewood for the last few…
We have used Firewood for the last few years, mainly because of the quality of the wood but also because of the first class service given. Both of which have been applied to our recent purchase.
The down side to this purchase lays with the logistics company that undertook responsibly for delivery of the wood.
Originally delivery was given as Tuesday but after many conversations and false promises, delivery happened at 3.45pm on Wednesday.
Brilliant product and quality product and customer care totally let down buy a delivery company.
