Online ordering system easy and collection made available very quickly

Tiles were just what we wanted, however your delivery costs were far to high, cost more than the tiles, that is why l have only given a score of three, and would stop me using you again, but we needed to match our existing tiles.

Great website to use, quick delivery and excellent customer service.

I purchased on line however the items in the warehouse were broken and my order could not be provided. Apologies to Nathan who dealt with my order professionally and contacted me immediately confirming this and immediately cancelled the order. I have used this company before and would reccomend them.

Really pleased with the tiles. Smooth ordering process online. Quick dispatch and delivered in two days.

Easy to use website, great value for money and excellent tiles. Only be better if we had a store closer and the delivery wasn't left on our doorstep without notification of when it was due.

After feedback from first4tiles. We did receive your email about the delivery, but unfortunately upn did not update their side with a potential delivery day or time as you would have expected, until after the delivery.

I bought tiles from another retailer then had a leak the tiles were discontinued and manage to trace them at this store the tiles needed to come up need 12 only had 8 in stock went above and beyond to help me Andy and Kennan were amazing can not thank them enough with all there help knowledge sent them out on delivery thank you I defo will be coming back to you guys x

Really easy to order and great service

This companies customer service, attention to detail, dealing and speaking to customers is outstanding. I haven't brought tiles on line before but the whole team at First4tiles were truly amazing and took the time and effort to help me source my tiles. The delivery service is amazing, ie literary like next day. I was totally shocked how quick they delivered to me. On other occasion I needed my tiles urgently as builders were tiling and I couldn't hold them up. The weekend came so my delivery date could not of been met. David who was standing in from another branch, went out of his way to take my tiles home with him so I could collect direct from his home, as the weekend was approaching and the store would off been closed. I truly cannot say enough how fantastic First4tiles has been. Thank you to all the guys at the base, keep up the brilliant work and true thanks from me, you helped me out so much. Plus I wanted to mention the price of their tiles is literary half price to other stores, so if you want to save money, have no pressure, speak to a great company who will go out of their way to help. Then give your order to these guys.

The team were so helpful. I was only placing a small order but it made no difference. The service was exceptional.

I ordered a small batch of tiles online on a Sunday. They were delivered on the Wednesday. The tiles were securely packaged on a small pallet.

What an amazing company, such a breath of fresh air. Simply put they make promises and stick to them.

We had ordered some V&A Collection Puddle Glaze Olive metro tiles from a major UK retailer, only to be let down after weeks of delays from their supplier. I found the same tiles for sale through first4tiles through a Google search, and an extra bonus they were much cheaper. This family run business is staffed by professionals who understand their business and put their customers first. You can call them and you can actually talk to a real human being who knows what you’ve ordered and when you might get the tiles. Refreshing. Support this company I can not fault them.

Absolutely amazing !!!! Tiles were the cheapest online, tiles were £20 cheaper per square metre than previous order with another company. Delivery was hand delivered same day. Cannot recommend enough. Only tiny quibble I do have is I needed to order 1 box of extra tiles and the delivery cost is the same unless ordering over a certain amount, but again I would highly recommend 5 STARS

Excellent service, some tiles were delivered damaged, however fabulous customer service, replaced within a couple of days. You actually speak to humans and not machines - 5 star from me 👍👍
