Smooth and professional LLC formation process for international founders!
I’m currently in the middle of setting up my LLC with Firstbase, and the experience has been excellent so far. They take care of the entire application process and guide you through every single step.
They handle all the essential documents, from the Articles of Organization to the EIN application. What I appreciate most is that they also provide a Registered Agent to ensure the business stays compliant and well-maintained once it's active. Highly recommended for international founders!

You’re guided step-by-step through every stage, everything is designed to save you time, and their support team is impressively fast and helpful. Every question I had about setting up my business was answered clearly and quickly.
If you’re like me and hate administrative headaches, you can go with them with complete confidence.
I’m removing one star because there are additional fees to pay later on that aren’t clearly mentioned from the very beginning or maybe I didn’t see the, but I believe it would be more transparent to show the full expected cost upfront.
Aside from that, I highly recommend it!

Firstbase is the best - I know, I compared everybody
I spent weeks reviewing multiple US company formation websites, and Firstbase were the best. Their pricing is fair (I also compared everyone's pricing), and their UX/UI was slick and easy to use. A shout out to their Business Development Manager, Jacob, who was super helpful, answered all my questions, quashed my concerns and helped me make the best decision for the business, not for Firstbase - as it turned out, Firstbase ticked all the boxes. Go with Firstbase and you won't be dissapointed.

Firstbase is BY FAR the best and most efficient method for boxing off all the essentials for registration, legals and kick-starter bookkeeping / reporting.
I have absolutely no hesitations to recommend them.
Sure, you might be able to save a few $ with a cheaper option or to do it privately yourself. But particularly as a foreign owner, this is a no-brainer option.

Please Avoid - Don't make our mistake.
If you are looking to incorporate your company in the US, save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.
We submitted all of our documents through Firstbase only to have them flag an “issue” with our share price, the same price their own system had prefilled when registering. I replied within minutes confirming the fix, yet over a week later there has still been no action or update.
Support is practically non-existent. The live chat feels outsourced, offering scripted responses that literally go nowhere. You cannot get anyone genuinely accountable or proactive. One agent this morning even had the nerve to ask “is there anything else I can assist you with today?” Anything else?! You haven’t assisted me with anything anyway!
To make matters worse, I cancelled their mailroom service which they confirmed, yet the platform still shows it as active and I continue to receive automated prompts to complete setup. Their platform is clearly pretty broken and so is their communication.
For a company that promises a smooth and modern incorporation experience, Firstbase has been anything but. Infuriatingly slow responses, buggy systems and zero ownership from their team.
I genuinely rarely leave negative reviews but this experience has been so very disappointing. If you value your time and sanity, look for a more reliable service.
