The most horrible service. They were supposed to file my taxes, and three months later I checked and saw it wasn’t done. I contacted the agent who was assigned to me, and he said he had quit a few months ago. After a bunch of back-and-forth emails, I finally got a call booked — and guess what? They connected me with another salesperson.
They can destroy your business. Stay away.

Overall it's a great place to start your company from abroad. Very friendly UI. Only thing that can improve is notary pappers, only works for locals if you are from other country you have to go to your local notary not ideal. At the end I'm happy.

I’m still waiting for my EIN. They said it could take up to 30 days, but it’s now been almost 2 months and I still haven’t received it. It’s extremely important for managing my business — without it, my company technically doesn’t exist.

This delay is holding up a lot of things. I’ve contacted them twice, and all I get is, “We’ve forwarded this to our experts and will let you know as soon as we can.” But I’ve received no further updates, no answers, and still no EIN.

I paid $400 for this service, along with other undisclosed fees, and I expect to see results. Otherwise, this feels like a scam. I will update my review once I finally receive my EIN.

I received my EIN on time as promised, and everything is now resolved. I want to thank Rafael for his assistance with this matter and for providing me with weekly updates about my tax ID. Thank you for your support!

its not transparent that there will be a lot of extra costs on top after purchasing the $399 package to get the LLC started. immediately after paying it shows you all the other stuff you need to purchase to actually get started. and now i need to wait 2 weeks for my refund

I can recommend this service to those who need to create an LLC from overseas. It's not a magic wand — you'll still have to fill out a lot of paperwork, go to interviews with notaries, etc. Personally, I prefer to visit the U.S. once a year and handle things with IRS and banking in person when I can.

I use other services for filing declarations, as they can be much cheaper and offer better support. I also had to set up my bank account myself. So I don't consider Firstbase a one-stop shop, but they do provide a solid foundation with a pretty reliable mailroom (not the cheapest, though). It can save you a lot of work.

Some people below mention having horrible support experiences, but I can't confirm that. Yes, you're mostly on your own, but support will clarify things you didn’t quite understand.

Super duper simple to create a LLC in the US even when you don’t live there. I was so stunned by the process and when I needed some answers, the support was here through the chat. Really recommend for the creation process.

They show you a price, but once you pay, they start asking for add-ons that are essential, like mailroom services, an agent, tax filing, and accounting. All of these are additional costs that you’re expected to pay for. You also pay for a plan that claims your order will be processed in one day, but once you're in, you see "up to 36 business days" instead.

On top of that, I contacted their support team three times and got no response. Even when you try to cancel, there's no reply. They say support responds within one day, but I received nothing.even if you want to cancel, no respons they are telling you up to 1 day to get support but nothing .

It was easy to do most of the things I wanted to do. They followed up well and the process is organized in a way that cannot confuse you. Their support team has been super helpful as well the response is very personalized. The only things is it takes them about 24 hours to respond. But that isn’t bad either.

I didn't want to go see a lawyer to set up the new business and chose Firstbase. Easy to setup. Some hidden fees and not so great partners but the actual service was as promised.

Annual Delaware report was not filed on time.

Service was very quick and all the information was available at the dashboard. I did chat with the live agent for some of my questions. She was very helpful. Overall, a very good experience.
