It was very easy to book and work with First Charter Bus. I had a hard time finding affordable transportation for my wedding, and glad my venue mentioned First Charter. They were the perfect choice and everything went smoothly!

Our bus driver was wonderful! He was super kind and friendly to all our guests, and everyone was able to find the bus without difficulty. Would highly recommend!

The bus was on time for each location which was great. The driver from the venue to the hotel and to the house not so much. One guest was told that we would be charged 300 if the driver had to wait for them to change. That guest gave the driver 100.00 to wait 10 minutes for people to change after the wedding due to being told that. He was not happy to have to wait but the guests were going from a wedding to an after party. I think clarifying what is expected before the event would be helpful. I am not happy a guest paid 100.00 but everyone arrived safely and had a good time.

Drivers were great, punctual and friendly. One of the two drivers dropped passengers at the wrong location so they had a bit of a walk. Not sure how that miscommunication happened, but everyone got where they needed to go and it turned out to be a minor inconvenience. Would definitely book again!

An affordable and convenient option for wedding transportation! Great and courteous driver and followed the timeline perfectly (even if we weren't ready for the first trip back from the wedding ;) ). I definitely recommend them for any transportation needs. The bus was also incredibly clean.

professional and on time, i would encourage more leeway on reasonable noise level from 45 teenagers.
i was head person for the group on my bus and never felt they were being unreasonably loud but they were spoken to on a few occasions. a fairly minor thing.

I heard from guests that the bus driver didn't know where he was going to drop them off to our wedding. Didn't even know the name of the venue. Luckily one of my friends was able to direct him.

At the end of the night, the bus driver got lost not once, but twice bringing us back to our accommodations. He had the GPS going and deliberately did not follow it. We had to sit up front and direct him where to go.

It would have been a complete disaster if multiple people weren't there to step in at the beginning of the night and end.

The bus and the service the driver provided was exceptional! All went well.

On the morning of my son’s wedding I decided to call the dispatcher to make sure we were all set. I had a contract and had paid in full. She said she had no record of my trip, didn’t have anyone going to my location that day. To say I was floored doesn’t come close to covering how I felt. To think that the expensive wedding that took over a year to plan was going to fall apart because no guests were going to be transported there was absolutely sickening. The dispatcher said she’d call me back. She did and after scrambling to find a driver it worked out. The bus driver was very nice and the trip went well. It makes me absolutely sick to think how the wedding would have been ruined if I hadn’t made that call on a whim. In spite of the driver being very pleasant, I would hesitate to hire First Student again unfortunately.

We had two buses for our event. They were there on time and met all requirements asked. The bus were great. All guests at the event were very impressed with the service.

I wish I could give First Charter six stars! We rented a bus for our wedding transportation and it could not have worked out better. The highlight of the experience was their customer service. Communication was clear and concise with the local contacts and they even touched base a few days beforehand. Coming in at about half the cost of other rental services I could not recommend them enough!

First Charter was great to work with. We had to change the entire itinerary at the last minute and they were so helpful!
