I was not on the bus
I was not on the bus, but was told by guests that Robin Gilbert was very friendly and nice. She was on time and the bus was clean. Our guests were very happy with their transportation to and from my daughter's wedding. Thank you Robin and First Charter!

The driver was great but we never received driver details from the company. I also tried calling ALL the numbers on the confirmation record and NONE put me through to a live person...only voicemail. At one point we weren't sure the bus was even coming to pick us up for the wedding as we had no way of contacting someone because all the numbers went to vmail. You really need to include a number that is reachable!

So happy you sent this because I planned to reach out. The drivers were fabulous! I cannot say enough great things. I got wonderful feedback from our guests too! They picked up guests and brought them to our residence for our daughter & her fiancé's wedding last Saturday. They then picked up 3 different times during the evening. They were punctual, professional and friendly! Our guests had a lot of fun on the rides over and back. Also, I can't remember her name but I also got wonderful customer service from someone when I was confirming the reservation just before the wedding. I did speak with her manager to let her know how pleased I was with the customer service.

Safe, Affordable Option
First Charter Bus was an affordable option for us to safely transport a large wedding party from the wedding venue to the Airbnb at which they were staying. The bus arrived on time, bus drivers were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this option! Online reservations made the whole process very easy.
