Our bus drivers are always awesome, and Maria at our local branch where our buses are dispatched from is the best.

We had such an incredible experience with First Charter. Everyone I spoke with was so personable and helpful in coordinating a surprise school bus appearance and ride for my mom’s birthday! They accommodated our vehicle preference, arrival time, and rental duration, which was so amazing. And our driver, Nancy, was the sweetest!

Even though I had called them multiple times to change and iron our details of my reservation for transportation for a wedding, I was never once told that requesting buses with air conditioning was an additional fee. It’s 2025 so I assumed all buses had air conditioning. Our wedding was on May 10 and there was near record-breaking heat in Fallbrook/Temecula. Temperatures were upwards of 105 degrees. They sent a bus without air conditioning to drive our guests, including some elderly guests, 45 minutes to our venue. Needless to say some guests were feeling faint by the end of the trip. When I called them to ask about it they said “well you never requested air conditioning.” I went on to explain that no one ever gave me the option nor told me it wasn’t included and their response was “well they should have.” I requested a manager call me back and that was 5 days ago and I haven’t heard from them. Mind you I still tipped each bus driver cash money at the end of the night

We contracted with First Charter for our wedding transportation. Our guests had a BLAST! The busses arrived early, they were clean, and the drivers were friendly! 10/10 would recommend.

First Charter was a dream to work with. I called twice the week before because I was convinced that it was going too easy for me. Michael was extremely competent and not uptight at all. He made the experience so easy and enjoyable. I would not hesitate to use them again, it was the easiest part of planning my event! (Not to mention the amazing prices!)

I believe our drivers name's were Moses and Michael. They both showed up well ahead of the scheduled pick-up time, which was perfect, as it allowed for immediate loading of our volunteers, once they were ready. Both of them acted very professionally, brought everyone back at the agreed time and ensured a smooth experience. Very happy! Would definitely book agin.

First Charter Bus Rental was excellent! I used them for my wedding at Fallbrook Estate. The original quote and booking process was very easy, friendly, and helpful. The agent gave me good explanations on all the relevant lingo and procedures. A few days before my wedding they followed up with me on the logistics which put my mind at ease. Day of went incredibly smoothly and I'm very thankful.

They were punctual, the driver was professional, and the bus was in good working order. We arrived to and from our destination safely and comfortably.

The shuttles were perfect for our wedding! They were on time and even waited extra time at the end of the night for us to get loaded up. Highly recommend using First Student for any event you need a bus for!
