Bus drivers were excellent. Polite and helpful. Trying to have anyone answer the phone to book the event was beyond difficult. No one would answer or call back after multiple times.

Eventually someone would answer via email.

Everything went smoothly and flawlessly. The only thing that bothered me was how hard it was to reach customer service on the phone while booking the bus. Our bus driver was friendly, kind, and professional.

I worked on a bus with Julia. She was very friendly and a very competent driver. Once the day got started, everything worked perfectly. For the first few runs, I gave directions to where we were going. We got to our stops on time and all of our runners got to their starting points safely. We had to return to one area to possibly pick up runners. She was very patient as we waited to make sure that any runners who needed to shorten their run and to be bused back to the start were given that choice.
