1) Bus was on time
2) Booking process was good for first time order. Explained the bus capacity.
3) Provided numbers for dispatch in case something went wrong.

Our driver navigated a complex pickup route, got us there on time, and communicated well.

Bus drivers were super accommadating with leaving later than scheduled, us unloading their backpack accidentally, and more. We had a little trouble with an extended rest stop that was much longer than expected... not super sure if it was the bus driver's fault just would've been good to have notice about that sort of thing.

First of all, the phone experience was amazing! I was able to talk to a real person quickly each time I called. Everyone on the phone was very helpful and quick. Our busses were on time and the bus driver was amazing. I will definitely be using your service again in the future. And I have already recommended it to others.

Driver was early. All logistics, including some changes, were handled very professionally.

We booked 4 school buses for our wedding and it went so smoothly! All buses showed up on time and dealt with a very busy area for pick up and remote location for drop off. Thank you for providing a safe ride for all of our guests! The drivers were very professional and safe. Also communication with the Tacoma brach and Jenean was great.

One bus was great.
The other bus was a disaster. Extremely late arriving, passed the pickup location twice. Had no idea where he was going or how to get there.

Thalis (our bus driver) was literally AMAZING! She showed up on time, left on time, got us where we needed to be safely and on time. She was also so sweet. How do we continue to have her, because we don't want anyone else lols

Bus driver came early and helped us with everything we needed

For the second year in a row for this event, we had one bus arrive on time, and the second bus was so late that we just had to cancel it and put everyone on one bus in order to arrive at our destination on time.

Our driver Greg, was amazing! Drove us all safe and sound and was a pleasure to work with!

Overall the experience was good. However, one day the driver was nearly 20 minutes late for the pickup, and another day the driver was not given information or directions to a stop that was paid for.

Bud was 70 minutes late. Called main national line and they said dispatcher in my area doesn’t arrive until 10 am. That doesn’t work for a bus that should have left the bus barn at 8:30 at the latest. I’m guessing they just messed up and didn’t notify a driver. Once they got with program the driver and trip was fine. But 70 minutes late for a school event (with stops to pick up at school events) is not great. In years its they were fine. But not great this time.

The first bus was early, and second bus wasn't far behind. The drivers were close by at the end of the program which ended early so the guys were able to go home earlier than scheduled.

Great Driver and easy communication.

Had massive issues with the entire experience. Had to call repeatedly to get the trip booked. Charged $1300 for 13 minute trip to and from. Less than a half hour total drive time and even offered to have the driver come an hour early so he didn’t have to wait, after I paid for an additional hour, no return on that extra money. It was the most basic hurry up let’s go and get you off this bus experience ever. Will not recommend this company for anyone, ever.

Busses showed up 1 hour late, on our wedding day. We gave them instructions to contact wedding coordinator day of, and they called the groom one hour prior to the ceremony saying that the drivers got the wrong pickup time and would be an hour late. None of our instructions were followed like asking them to tape signs on the windows. Very poor attention to detail.
