The buses all arrived at the departure locations on time. The buses were clean and the drivers were courteous. We had a bit of a complicated multi-destination and one driver in particular was quite proactive in confirming what she thought may have been an error in the scheduling. It was not an error, but the fact that she checked with us instead of ignoring it was greatly appreciated. We would use First Charter again.

Our driver, Mills, was EXCELLENT! I have been using your service for 13 years and during that time we have had great drivers.
However, in 13 years this year was the FIRST time a driver was waiting for us when we came out of Rogers Centre.
Mills was so pleasant that he ended up making a contact with one of our members.

While there were no problems with the booking of the service, nor the bus/ride itself, there was an issue at the start of the trip with the bus showing up later than the pick-up time established (20 mins late; due to city traffic) and miscommunication with the service provider that caused to depart almost one hour later than the time agreed upon. The miscommunication occurred when the bus driver kept changing pick-up location back and forth between the established location and a random location, without them nor the service provider letting us know. We only found out of it because we were the ones calling the provider to ask where the bus was and not vice versa. To be transparent, according to the driver the established pick up location was not good for the bus to stop (although we used the same service provider and that same pick-up location before). However, the driver and the service provider failed to provide adequate notification concerning that and related changes, considering they were in possess of our contact details.

Bus drivers were on time at 181 University Ave. and got us to our destination on time, safe and sound. The courteous drivers accepted the invitation to join our party at Medieval times, and were available to take us home promptly when our party finished at 9:15, we were back at hotel by 9:45.
Booking staff were extremely polite and courteous, even though I made several changes, which I am sure was annoying.

Our drivers, George & Andrew, were very kind and understanding. George came early for our first pick-up and was so patient with us & helpful. Both of them came & drove us back to our drop-off and everything went smoothly!

Andrew was a wonderful representative for your company. He arrived at the appointed time and was very courteous to myself (Vickie McInnis) and all students. He was even willing to wait patiently for the students as they took pictures by the very large "DVS" signage.

Always on time. We go to weird remote locations for camps, often without a proper street address. We can always rely on First Charter to get us there, and pick us up on time!

Andrew did a great job - friendly, informative - kept us posted on ETA etc. He was put in a tough spot being scheduled to go downtown and back - impossible to make his after school pickups. But he stayed cool, calm and friendly with me and other passengers.

The bus arrived at Centennial College 45 minutes late and we were not advised that it was running late. Staff had to call to find out where the bus was. Lateness should be communicated by First Charter once it is realized!
As a result of the bus being late, the field trip was cut short by 1:00 hour as First Charter wanted the bus back in time to do school runs.

The bus service was great, the driver Andrew was very helpful and accommodating. He arrived early to the pick up and the bus had additional compartments which were helpful to store our instruments. He was also very safety conscious and assisted in stopping traffic while we were unloading our instruments.
