This is the second power chair we’ve purchased from First Choice Mobility in Westbrook, and once again the service has been outstanding.

Having orderded a part for my mums G logic wheechair, I was informed it was not in stock at the manufacturers, 1st mobility rang my to explain, Because I expressed my dussapointment, and the wheelchair was in adngerous condition having no brakes,, the guy here went out of his way to find me a set in his warehouse from a few chairs that had been disassembled, posted out next day .. SUPERB SERVICE.... Thank you so much..

I ordered a transaxle from First Mobility. it arrived before I had the chance to remove the old one, I can recommend this company highly, for their fast and polite service.

I recently purchased a 10AH Travel Battery from First Choice Mobility. Then a few days later I found the same battery on another website selling for over £100 cheaper. I immediately contacted First Choice Mobility to ask if they would do a price match for me. Although normally they would only do this before you actually make a purchase, they were extremely helpful and made a one off exception on this occasion. I am extremely grateful to them and my refund was made within 24 hours. I will most definitely shop with them again in the future, and would happily recommend them to anyone!

Purchased the Active X5 wheelchair for my Mum but on receiving this found the brakes quite stiff also the elevated legs which were extra are quite useless and a waste of money, after using it a couple of times the brake snapped off then the other brake broke which I contacted the 1st Choice who advised me to take photos and whatsapp them over which I did I also said it looks like a design fault as the plastic on the brake is so flimsy, then the seatbelt fell apart. This companies response was to send new brakes and a new seatbelt for me to somehow fit I am 60 years of age and have no idea how to fit them although they were very apologetic they said they would talk me through the process, in my mind the chair should have been returned considering it was only a few weeks old, the brakes are still waiting to be fitted so the chair cannot be used

I needed a new handset for my recliner. The original model had been replaced with an alternative and of course I managed to order the wrong one! Their customer care (in the embodiment of one Dominiq Smith) is excellent. My recliner riser chair is now on the up again though sometimes it lets me down🤣

The staff were empathetic and knowledgeable.
The equipment I wanted (a rollator with pneumatic wheels) was brought into stock for me to experiment with.
It is an excellent piece of kit and I think worth the price.

Very quick and efficient help, so I was able to get a replacement part for my M Lite scooter in a matter of days. Many thanks to Andy Carter and co. at First Mobility!

Ordered two arm left and right side pads for my Kymco K Active Power Chair.
The company delivered my order within a few days of ordering.
The package came rapped in very strong bubble rapping brown packaging tape and a plastic sleeve to prevent damage while being transported

Ordered a joystick/controller for my Pride I-GO Lite for £150. Pride dealer priced it at £329 plus £150 fitting. The part I received was of up most quality, no marks or signs of use at all. But the best part was the service. I had regular phones calls after placing my order online just to confirm it’s the right part, where I wanted it sent and a follow up to make sure it had been delivered. I received clear and accurate advice on their time scale for delivery too. Bottom line, you can trust them! And probably save a fortune too…

What a lovely company to deal with, for mobility scooter parts. Had a few problems with parts. A very helpful member of staff, David, was very helpful. Very friendly expert staff.

My wheelchair armrests required replacing so I contacted firstchoicemobility for help. They were prompt in response and in identifying my exact requirements. I duly bought the armrests and firstchoicemobility ordered from the supplier. The goods were delivered the following day.
I highly recommend this company and staff for their polite and timely response to meet my requests. It has shown what a first class service they supply in all aspects.

I ordered a motor brake assembly for an very particular midi they even rang me to make sure I had ordered the right one sent it very quickly , so I could take my dog for her walks again .top service very impressed will use this firm for all my scooter and wheelchair parts from now on thank you

I purchased a lithium ion battery for an I-go lite wheelchair. I used the online site for the purchase. Shortly after the purchase I received a phone call to check that I had ordered the correct part as it was expensive. The following day I received another call to say that the purchase had been processed and would be delivered in the early part of the following week, (excellent delivery time). I then received another call the following day to inform that the delivery would take place on the following Monday. It was delivered on time. Perfect, If all companies behaved in this way complaints would be a thing of the past.

We decided to purchase a TGA Powerpack Plus unit for our chair and we contacted Geoff at First Choice Mobility. He was very helpful especially as we had to measure several parts of the chair to ensure that we ordered the correct unit. Due to the global shipping issues some of the components used to assemble the power pack were not going to be available until early 2022.
Geoff took positive action and sorted out an available PowerStroll unit for us including the controls, chargers and the carry holdalls. This was delivered very swiftly and the price difference between the Powerpack and the PowerStroll unit was refunded immediately.
We fitted the PowerStroll unit easily and are now able to use the chair without straining to push up gradients as the PowerStroll unit is very powerful and is easy to put in and out of usage.
Geoff was great as he answered all of our questions, got us a good unit and was really helpfull.
