This company sells a bed chair for around £2700 and then won't repair under warranty as I didn't pay for extra warranty, I assumed that the first year would be free but they want to charge for labour, do not buy from these charletons.
Been using this company for a while now and the service that I have received has always been exceptionally good.
I ordered a set of batteries for my mobility scooter and received them the following day. After a few months I was browsing their website and noticed a set of batteries that were a higher amperage and had the same size dimensions. As I like to travel long distances I contacted them to check they would definitely fit my scooter. I received an email asking me if I could give them a call. I spoke to Andy who was very knowledgeable about how the size of the battery related to the actual power of it.
In short, he could have sold me a set of batteries that really wouldn't have given me any more mileage!
But he didn't. He advised me to stick with the batteries that I had previously purchased.
This is a company that really puts the customer first!
I highly recommend this company to anybody that requires anything from a walking stick to a mobility scooter.
