I was surprised at the number of negative reviews this company has receieved. My partner's experience with them was reasonably good. She received the wrong computer initially, running a different operating system to the one ordered, but the company was fast and efficient about changing it for the right one. The replacement PC was in very good condition and exactly as advertised, and the replacement was made promptly and without charge.

Terrible experience of using First Click Solutions. Repeatable issues with wifi and desktop makes awful whirring noise which is very loud. Replacement sent didn't have audio and was told I would need speakers or could fit this myself! I just want a desktop that works...wifi and audio are very basic requirements. Rude on the phone and judging by other reviews on here they don't really care about customer experience at all! Avoid at all costs!

Scratched monitor,blue screen fail warning on first day of use. returned

I paid for a quad system but received a totally different lower spec one. DVD player didn't work. No response from company. I learned an expensive lesson.

Purchased a PC from Amazon, PC was faulty, asked me to fix myself, promised a replacement, came to collect old one and no replacement, fans didn't work, USB wasn't even connected to motherboard and operating system faulty. Total joke, no customer service, no refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Awful company! I purchased a gaming PC for my son at a cost of £535 via eBay. It did not work! After 5 days trying to contact First Click Solutions Ltd I finally recieved a response from them. They wanted me to repair the PC over the phone. I know nothing about PC's and I'm not IT savvy so I requested a return and refund, it never happened. I had to take the PC to a local PC repair shop at a cost of £250 - STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - AWFUL!

Received a faulty tower pc bundle. It turned on, fizzled, then went dead. It took me weeks to get a return label and then I had to chase them up again to get my refund. I had to call them every single day for over three weeks. Really not worth the hassle. The items came well packaged, although the keyboard box was dented, but the screen and tower were also filthy dirty! Overall, the 1 star I’ve given is for the woman on the end of the phone, as she was always polite, even though I was calling her every day and she probably could have been chasing it up herself on my behalf. I did get my refund in the end, but it was so much unnecessary hassle and drama.

Really not happy with the purchase at all!..Misleading advertising on top of that difficult refund process.
