I had my car stolen and couldn’t get to work or raven go shopping. I had been turned down for credit a couple of times and thought it was hopeless then I came across first response finance, I had a chat with there team and the where really friendly and so helpful we went through my expenditure with me because they didn’t want me to over stretch myself. Two days later I had the best car I’ve ever had delivered to my door at a price I can afford it’s awesome I love it and they are so transparent and the delivery team where grea. I’m blown away with how easy the whole proses was five stars all the way

Dont use this company who clearly dont care about their customers!
Been with first response for a while and always praised and recommended them but today ive seen their true colours. Got a car around a month ago and when driving my children down a dual carriage way and had to emergency break my car brakes got stuck and wouldn't release and this then happened several times more when breaking hard. First response arranged for the car to go back to inspection as the garage wouldn't help and now the garage have turned around and said theres nothing mechanically wrong and im expected to have the car back knowing full well of this issue and feel safe driving my sick child around. I protected myself making sure I took photos of the car and a video of the faulty sun roof as I was sold the car like that but thats not reason enough apperently so now I have to get a lawyer in to fight my case as the lady who spoke to me is clearly taking the garages side like Id leave me and my cancer ridden child without a car for fun!
