2-week return window, sub par knits

They only offer a 2-week return window, even during holidays, shipping delays, and covid. You have to email them to return something, then they take their time responding to you by email with return instructions (buy and print your own return label at USPS), which eats into the return window. I bought an item as a gift and they wouldn't allow a return within 17 business days (from delivery to shipping). These folks are more interested in getting paid than providing a quality experience. Scam alert.
