I have access to first vet for free via my pet insurance. Used it for the first time tonight as my 9month old puppy has been very sick all evening. Everything was great from navigating the app, booking the appointment and the appointment it’s self has given us additional peace of mind.I won’t hesitate to use it again and wish I had thought of it a few weeks ago when I was ended up at the vet forking out £62 for a 5 min consult.

We've had it for around 4 months, used it 3 times, and each time the vet was super helpful, friendly and reassuring.
Yeah, in general they need to say "if it gets worse, visit a vet..." but this is such a reassuring service for new dog owners, panicing when he get's a bad eye or cough.
Honestly love this app and service, we wouldn't be without it now.

I had a video call with Dr. Yaiza Gómez Mejías and it went really well. On a very polite mood, she answered all my questions and sort out my concerns regarding my puppy. Very pleased, will call back on her without any doubts!!!!

I had a consultation with Dr Clare Sparks at 8.15 am today.
I am so grateful for her expertise and kind, gentle attitude. I was very worried about my Miniature Dachshund, Larry, who has diarrhoea and was up several times in the night.
We did some checks over a video call and Clare made several recommendations, which were followed up with a detailed email.
It put my mind at rest and I was able to get the gastrointestinal food and products easily and quickly.
Larry is still bright and cheerful and I’m sure he’ll be completely well very soon.
I’m feeling a lot better, too!

Used the online vet booking for help with our pup and they were brilliant in the 10 mins that we spoke for followed by an email with all the details and help included. Would definitely use again.

I used FirstVet for the first time yesterday evening for my cat who suddenly became unwell.
My pet insurance allows us to use the app as part of the policy.
I was impressed with how quickly a Vet responded by telephone advising me to take my cat to the emergency vet immediately. To be honest I was a bit sceptical about how quickly I would receive a response but it was actually very good.
I only gave 4 stars due to not actually having a video consultation because I had already left to go to the vets as advised, however I'm sure it would have been a good service.

THE 24 HOUR SERVICE WITH A VET IS WORTH ITS WEIGHT IN "FREE" GOLD. Reduced so much stress with ZOOM call with vet in 15 minutes call back. Who would know a 'cancer lump' behind the ear was actually an overfed tick?!!

This is such an excellent idea. No cats enjoy vet visits and they become very stressful for the cat and the owner, so being able to video chat to a vet if you have concerns is fantastic.

I've so far used the service twice and both vets were first class offering great advice and reassuring me which is often all a pet owner needs.

The appointments have been available within minutes with lots of alternative times, again a very good service I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Firstvet, a really first class company.

I had a query about my dogs nails and I was quickly schedule into a call with a vet. This is a great service which connects you to a vet for great advice.

A highly professional service. I had a very young pup with a loud rumbly tummy and no appetite. My mind was put at ease by the vet and we were given a constructive Diagnosis and remedies... which worked a treat. All the information discussed was also emailed so as an anxious pet owner I didn’t have to remember it all. Can’t recommend highly enough.
