Never got what I ordered. I sent a complaint in and got to resolution.

Made my order delivery came no items in the box just an empty box. Customer service is so hard to get hold of on the phone because of stupid opening times and email response is so slow spent nearly £100 still getting nowhere! Sent a form out for me to fill out via email that is literally impossible to fill out using a phone as well

First time ordering from company great service and keeping me updated . The tracking information was really good as it came from the Hague in Netherlands. Bank holiday here delayed delivery .but overall very pleased with the chair I ordered from.the ultimate range . Great quality and lightweight considering it size . Extremely comfortable and supports back. Neck with it's high back . Reclining adjustment adds to comfort . Very happy with my purchase looking forward to using it .

Great selection of gear at hard-to-beat prices. The delivery time was a little disappointing as it took 10 days. However, I am pleased and will shop again with Fishdeal.

Great company always helpful had a lot from them over the years yes sometimes there can be item issues but this is business and they always handle it great manna.

For saying there not in the uk. They are alot better than most UK shops. Easy to connect. Reply within a day. Unlike some UK companies

Not fishdeals fault but had a problem with the delivery company in the UK, they lost my package!
Contacted fishdeal and their communication was first class and even offered me a refund on the product as it was no longer in stock.
After a prolonged period and heart in mouth moments, the package was found and delivered the next morning. All’s well that ends well. Will use again and I recommend this company.

My first order was delayed a few days and when it arrived a part was missing.I contacted your customer service and Stephanus was great.He sent me a full new product.
Besides the late delivery everything was great.Items arrived in good condition

Great price & delivery

I ordered a float rod last month the DPD delivery driver didn't knock my door my partner was in all day on the day and she heard nothing i contacted Fish deal was told it was being re-delivered was then contacted after that to be told it was out of stock a very poor service I only gave you one star because of the refund I shan't order from you again and wouldn't recommend you to anyone else

Very poor. Order made in Jan 2025 and was sent but was returned to sender without any reason.Second try passed to DPD on 14 Feb, and still not delivered! Of course payment was taken in Jan and a month later still no sign of delivery!

Good prices for the spinning equipment. I addad few bits to get free delivery. All arrived in reasonable time. No issues with purchase, delivery and items.
