Console table. Looks nice but very lightweight. I got it in the sale at a good price so I kept it. Had I paid full price I would have been very disappointed and would have returned.

Fishe & Lilly sent me a confirmation of order email. At each stage they gave me an update, the delivery men were friendly and pleasant. The furniture is beautiful, was very well packaged and the legs were easy to fit. Excellent service all round, something that is highly valued by me and not taken for granted. Would definitely buy from this shop again. Thank you.

We received the most gorgeous bedside tables however, we had to send them back as we got the measurments wrong. The quality of the furniture was beautiful but the reason we wanted to write a review is because the service we received was brilliant. Muskan was prompt with the responses, and the return was made quick and easy. Will definitely order from this company again.

Really please with this wooden furniture, very quickly delivered after order and arrived well protected in good packaging. Been looking for something like these for months and these are perfect for colour.

Great Customer Service & Quality

Its hard to find solid wood pieces; a lot of times I found pieces labeled as such still had laminate parts etc

However the wardrobe & dresser I got from them were solid wood.

Additionally their customer service was super helpful when I inquired about changing one of the pieces out that I ordered (tho note to wise - hold on to the original box if you are going to do this).

The items ordered were delivered within 5 days and placed in a room of our choice. The drawers are solid and we just had to attach the feet. The draws open and close really nicely and I’m happy with the quality of the products and the service provided.

The customer service was probably the best I have ever experienced. I originally contacted Fishe and Lilly asking for precise measurements of pretty much every facet of the console table I was looking to buy and an incredibly detailed diagram arrived within a few hours, which gave me all the information I needed to order the product. I then contacted them asking how much flexibility there would be with delivery times and they asked me when I wanted the table delivered. I replied that 1.30pm the following Friday would be ideal and lo and behold they obliged!

Beautiful quality furniture at a reasonable price. Best of all was the excellent customer service we received from Stephen- he was so prompt to reply and resolve a minor issue we had, and very friendly. Highly recommend.

Once ordered we was updated all the way on delivery. Exceptional service

Exactly as described and delivered safely on time

Slow delivery even though in stock. On delivery it was packaged very well. Worth taking photos and opening carefully in case you need to return. On assembly of the table it was found the pivot for extension was cracked. The veneeer on the table top was not smooth, where the 2 halves met was darker where the finish had run into the end grain. We felt it was not worth nearly £600 and nowhere matching the quality of the photos on the website. We asked for a full refund and collection was arranged promptly. It then took 23 days
for the refund to arrive, with us having to chase by email several times. Stephen responded quickly to the emails but things just dragged on. The table had been shipped from Indonesia but there was clearly no quality control there or inspection in the shop before despatch.

Very efficient company to deal with. Customer service was excellent as were the delivery team, who delivered on a Sunday. Would use them again.

As bad as it gets - I ordered a table from Fishe and Lilly, which was advertised as 100% solid beech wood. Once it was ordered, I found out that it was actually veneer, so it was false advertising. The worst part is that this same table (clearly not unique) was priced from other providers at less than half the price of what Fishe and Lilly were trying to sell for. When I tried to call customer service, no satisfactory resolution was given. I wanted to speak to someone to one of the owners and was told they would get back in touch with me, but still nothing.

Would stay away from this company at all costs. You will find all their products elsewhere at a fraction of the price.

We ordered two bedside tables, a dressing table, coffee table and tv unit. All of the furniture arrived quickly and is of very high quality. It’s so well made and very much worth the money.

I even had to exchange the coffee tables (I ordered the wrong size) and the customer service was outstanding.

10/10 will be buying more.
