I have been almost 2 months getting the money I need to put a roof on my house.
Very poor customer service then when I finally got someone to get my money from my Gold and Silver IRA said it would be another 7-10
days.
The first person I dealt with Felix he wouldn't return my calls or text messages.
Very poor way to run a financial institution and I still haven't got my money.

I was upset with Fisher Capital for awhile as I was unable to get in touch with my account manager but he finally reached out to me today and was very helpful. I feel much relieved.
