They are operating under the name Empiria Activewear now and added a second make-up bag 2 hours after I submitted my order. I placed the order around 8pm and emailed them first thing the next morning to notify them of their mistake. They emailed me back later that day that changes must be submitted by 5pm the same day. I informed them that is impossible since my order was placed after 5pm and never received a response. This appears to be a shady Chinese company bilking us dumb Westerners. I don't think I'll be ordering my wife random stuff she sees on social media ads again...

Still waiting!!!! And how do you get in touch with these people. My card was charged. Where is My item? I purchased May 3, 2022. This is ridiculous. Customer Service Hello. Does This Exist with this company.

Nothing bad about the product, got it in just a couple weeks. My issue is the customer service; it's basically non-existent. I accidentally got a size too small, and they've advertised free exchanges. I've emailed them through the given email for help (as they state on their website 24/7 help), and even messaged them on Instagram. NOTHING. After a week, still nothing. Don't shop here. Waste of time.

Once again! It’s now March 16 and still nothing in the mail! It’s a total shame how this company shows the amazing views and then don’t follow through!!!

If I could send pictures of the order on here I would.... it was ordered Feb 6, ready on Feb 8 and I didn’t receive any info after that... sooo then after leaving the 1st review on this horrible company, I finally see that it was in transit on March 4! But, Still, now it’s the 16th and nothing else! REALLY?.... ERA ... FIT ALLURE is a waste of time and money! ORDER THEM ON AMAZON

I saw it on my Social media, looked legit , ordered sports bra & leggings 2-15, I has been in transit forever.
I still havent received my order . for 2 items it was over $50.I would never buy from them again.
i have purchased items from another Country -Australia & they only Take 5-7 business days to arrive & have been wonderful.This is worse company .

TERRIBLE COMPANY! Based on other reviews the Leggings are expensive and trash. And company takes forever to ship. Still haven’t even received mine, it’s not even in transit yet and it’s been over a month since I ordered. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times and they just ignore my emails. No one to call. Had to dispute through the bank, and plan to report to bbb as well. I’m disgusted this company is still in business.

They are fraudulent do not order from them. Drop ship company. I paid extra for fast shipping and customer service never contacted me back since I havent received my leggings. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I would give them less negative stars if it were possible.

Another customer only giving one star because it’s required. Still waiting for someone to contact me about my $60 purchase 2 months ago that I haven’t received. Will be reaching out to my back about fraudulent charges.

DON’T TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!
They are fraudulent! They ripped off many people and they keep your payment information and people have identity theft later. I just reported them to American Express. I ordered them early February they’ve lead me on for over a month with different excuses and lies and then they change their email so you can’t get back to them or through the phone! Luckily American Express is giving me my money back that’s why I ride with them because that’s how they do.
I understand some people are not going to get their money back and I feel for you.

PS I did report them you can report them to the Federal Trade Commission and different social media teams that run sites. Besides getting your money back and letting people know they’re thieves you can also get them in trouble which is what they deserve take the time!!!

Please BEWARE! I have ordered more than one item & only received one after nearly one month of a wait time. The tights were very poor quality. I contact them & it seems they have made return nearly impossible & paid by a customer. On Top of that they are arguing with me that the tiny package had more than one item. I think this is fraud - an absolute scam! I do not usually rush into returns but this company should not be in business. I wish I have read this previously. DO NOT buy from them.

They are absolutely horrible. They state that they have easy returns and they do not. I bought 3 pair of leggings. 1st it took over a month to receive them. Once received 1 had stains all over them, another wasn’t even the right pair I ordered, and the third wasn’t the correct size. I have been fighting with them for over a month to get my money back and I still have yet to be refunded. They want me to pay for the shipping for their mistake. I had to dispute the charge with my bank.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! The only reason it’s getting even one star from me is because I had to put one!! This site is a scam. I have been waiting 2 months when on the site it says 7 to 10 business days and have received nothing I have tried messaging them with no Response whatsoever. I only luckily bought one pair of leggings with tax and all that costed me $36 I probably will never see that money again nor the item I purchased!!!!

Website claims order will ship in 24 hours but took over a week. When I did get email notification of shipping, tracking number was useless. USPS had not received package 2 days after email sent with shipping confirmation.
Went to file claim with BBB but company does not exist. Shocking! Likely based out of China and being deceptive about the extended shipping times.

ordered a pair of pants Jan 20th and still waiting for them. Sent 2 emails and both the same answer and then a tracking number. That was on the 2nd of Feb stating it was scanned on Feb 4th in New Jersey... Umm how was it scanned on Feb 4th if you sent me the tracking number on the 2nd?? never again!!

I placed an order and paid for priority shipping. 3 weeks later and I still have not received my order. I have sent emails inquiring about what the situation was with my order. I keep getting the same reply, "Thank you for bringing this to my attention". I can not even get a status update or tracking # for my order.

I purchased Era Cargo Pocket Leggings on the 17.08.2020.
I did not wear them that much, and they have 2 random holes in them.
I emailed them to get a replacement and receive the following response.

"Thank you for reaching out.
As per checking, we apologize you do not qualify for a replacement. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

Best to get a pair from your local K-mart, as that would be better quality!

Do not use this company they have not refunded my money.
I ordered two pair of pants they took so long to get I was away when they arrived and are refusing to give me a refund. The one pair of pants quality was terrible. The other was not the color I ordered.

I ordered some pants back in May and they arrived on the 1st of August. After emailing several times to return the item (pants were too small), I still haven't been able to return the item and get my money back. Nobody has answered my three emails and there is no way of contacting them other than by their "help" email address. Nobody replies!! Do not order from this company, they are thieves!

After I didn't receive my leggings for 2 weeks I asked when they'd likely be delivered and they said that whoops they'd forgotten to send them.. good thing I chased them up.
Unfortunately when they did arrive another 2 weeks later they were faulty and badly misprinted. Totally no good.
I asked for a refund and they refused (I'm still arguing with them about getting my money back and they've literally been ignoring my emails)
They also asked me to send the leggings back to them and aren't willing to pay postage. I assume they plan to sell these leggings to someone else when they get them back even though they are faulty
They don't deserve even 1 star
