Disappointing online order experience

I finally received my leggings 4 months after initial order, but am very disappointed. They were worn and gently washed once, and now there are 2 large holes where the main stitching (looks hand stitched and not surged at all) has come apart.
Customer service was good, fairly responsive by email and I placed another order on their dime.
But this was a very disappointing online order experience from the get-go. ☹

Dont Buy!!

The refund policy is a joke, the sizing is all over the place and even if your order is wrong, YOU have to pay air freight costs to return so they can 'inspect' the garments. After a period of back & forth emails, they will then stop corresponding with you - that is their way of handling a customer complaint. I paid over $50 and have one pair of cheap leggings!

They never sent my clothes or refunded…

They never sent my clothes or refunded me and its been 4 months. Trying to dispute with my bank, but they sent a faulty FEDEX tracking number that had never updated to shipped( just label created)...... for 4 months now... they haven't responded to me since they found out I disputed back in April. Buyers beware! I'm out almost $60.... since March

DON'T BUY FROM THEM

DON'T BUY FROM THEM. THEIR EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICY IS A JOKE. IT INVOLVES TAKING PICTURES OF YOURSELF WITH MEASUREMENTS AND PAYING FOR THE POSTAGE YOURSELF. I BOUGHT 3 DIFFERENT PAIRS ALL XS AND EACH FIT DIFFERENTLY. THEY WANTED ME TO PROVE MY BODY SIZE WAS WRONG RATHER THEN ACCEPT THEIR LEGGINGS FIT DIFFERENTLY. ALSO THE ACTUAL LEGGING DO NOT HAVE A SIZE TAG SO ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO PROVE THAT YOU GOT THE SIZE YOU ORDERED.

Scam???

Pretty sure they're a scam.

Initially, I couldn't find a Trustpilot review for the company but was put at ease by the genuine seeming reviews on their website and people actually wearing the leggings.

Still cautious I did pay via Paypal. Again having this option made me think they were probably genuine. In the beginning, they were very eager to answer any questions I had regarding size (again, seemed genuine, why bother responding once you've got the money if it's a scam?) and constantly email you letting you know you can add another pair of leggings for x amount with a huge discount. I figured I'd see how they managed with one pair first.

From the get-go they heavily implied that the order would be in the post ASAP. When I pressed a week or two later they said the pandemic had slowed them down - fair enough. Next time I asked they assured me the product was with the courier and they'd send over tracking info soon - they never did. My last email, a month on from the order, has gone ignored and I've given up, to be honest. I've opened a dispute with Paypal to get my money back and the order cancelled because let's face it, it's definitely not on its way. This company either has a lot of terrible sourcing/shipping/general practices slowing it down or is a scam.

It's a big shame because some of the designs were great and if they're not from this company I'd love to know where I can actually get them. I'm sure if this site went legit and the quality was good (not thin and transparent) they would actually make a lot of money. But now I've been burned and it's a never again from me.
