Fit4kitchens 

The item i wanted was out of stock, an alternative was suggested, after an internet search i found that the new item maybe would meet my needs. i had two questions which i still needed answers, after a phone call the answers were emailed 30 minutes later.The Time was now 3pm and i placed my order, it was delivered at 8am the very next day. The new product was a must better spec than the one i wanted. Fantastic service i would not hesitate to use these guys again.

Mainly happy but 2 of the handles were slightly marked

The website was easy to use, with a good selection and products tagged so we were quickly able to match our kitchen handles via their manufacturer's code - excellent. However, we got stuck on the ordering. To send just two handles to our Perthshire address (which is not 'Highlands and Islands' and does not attract higher shipping charges with most carriers or the Royal Mail), postage would have been about £17. To send the same order to my parents' home in the NE of England cost just over £6. Where the items are so large a different delivery service is required, I can understand (perhaps), but for something as small as this... it was crazy. If we hadn't had an English address to send to, they would have lost our order. I wonder how much business they are loosing in Scotland because their carriers class some non-rural addresses as 'Highlands and Islands'? We are only 12 miles from Dundee and 15 from Perth, not at all rural. The same item with the Royal Mail would have cost way less than £17 (more like £6). I suggest they find another carrier to use for Scotland, so potential customers aren't put off by high shipping costs. It's a silly reason to loose potential business up here when the products & website are so good!

When you order from an on-line supplier it is really frustrating, having placed an order, to find there is no current stock and order is cancelled.
Even more galling is to be asked to complete a review for an order that was not completed.

I would recomend this company , very well priced products and good service, all in all good people to deal with.

After hours of trailing through Internet sites looking for a specific kitchen item and not being able to verify size / material etc from sparce details given, I happened upon Suzanne at fit4kitchens who took time and effort to find exactly what I wanted to know.... And all for a very modest amount of business.

I ordered a slide out towel rail with storage which came promptly
It has not yet been fitted but confidence is high! Would order from fit4kitchens again

I bought three basket draws for a kitchen unit recently which my wife and I are very pleased with.
Your service was excellent with delivery in 2 working days.
My only negative is that the two baskets boxed together were a bugger to separate as one was stacked in the other and took some cursing and time prise apart.
May I suggest that a layer of strong cardboard is placed between each basket to avoid this.
Sorry to put a damper on which was as I said was an excellent website buy.

I haven't had it fitted yet so reserve judgement

We have used Fit4Kitchens before so knew the product was of excellent quality and as ever the service was brilliant with fast and efficient delivery. Brilliant!

Bought two pull out wire drawer units, they were both discounted but still expensive at just under £100.00 each. Can't fault the German engineering quality as once installed, they run smoothly and the slow closing mechanism works a treat. Two very minor problems in that the kit didn't come with the 8 runner fixing screws and also had to check on the 'net what German for forwards was so I could get the hinge spacer bars the right way round.
Can't fault this company's communication or delivery so still 5 stars. Best of all I've got one very happy woman so if she's pleased then so am I.

I ordered 33 Calcua knobs. I was kept informed of the order progress & tracking of the parcel by e-mail. The items were well packed & I received 36 which was a brilliant idea as I was concerned that maybe a couple of them maybe imperfect. I haven't checked each one yet but i'm not worried about having to check each one now before i actually use them. Very well done Fit4kitchens. Thank You

Whilst I only ordered 7 drawer inserts online I was impressed with the user friendly web site and and at each stage of dispatch and delivery I was kept fully informed of the order status and the courier delivered proptly within the delivery window advised to me , an excellent service

I was really excited to receive my pull-out bin from fit4kitchens, unfortunately the contents had been damaged during delivery. However fit4kitchens sent out replacements of the damaged items straight away. I was thrilled with the level of customer service.

I ordered my kitchen drawers on Sunday evening and they arrived on Tuesday morning. They are exactly what I wanted. They took longer than expected to fit but I couldn't be more pleased. Will be ordering some more very soon to fit out another cupboard.

I ordered 3 packs of baskets for a larder cupboard, they arrived promptly but unfortunately one of the baskets was damaged. I contacted Darren at on the help line and he arranged for a replacement. No fuss no arguments just good service new part arrived within two days. easy to fit and look great.
