The Hafele double pull-out wire storage baskets (two baskets + four fully extending runners) are of good quality; but my only criticism is that one of the closing welds on each of the baskets top bars does not fully encircle (only about 180 degree) the rod.
Whilst this probably does not compromise the overall strength, it gives the impression of inadequate quality control (speaking as someone who welds as a hobby)! Hence only 4 stars!

Otherwise the ball bearing runners are excellent as is the 24 hour delivery service from Fit4Kitchens (and from their sister company Handles4Doors).

Retro fitting to existing base unit kitchen cabinets requires accurate measurement prior to drilling and I would recommend 75mm indent (instead of the quoted 70mm on the instructions) so as to enable access to the door hinge mounting screws
after the wire baskets have been installed.

I ordered cupboard handles which arrived early.

Ordered some cupboard handles which came in few days and of a good quality.

I wanted some pull out shelves for one of my kitchen units, so I looked on the internet and there they were- just what i wanted and at a super price. Well, I ordered them and arranged to pick them up myself but unfortunately couldn't make it. A quick phone call sorted it out and they were delivered to me the next day for a small charge. I am delighted with the courtesy and efficiency of this company.

The product was of poor quality and design. The plastic hinge broke whilst trying to fit the thing together. I would like to see a professional fitter put one in without mishap.

Staff were helpful and informative, my goods arrived in just a matter of "hours" not days! both times. If you need bits for your kitchen tomorrow, just order them today! This is the way to shop now.

I ordered some kicthen cabinet handles on Sunday, they were despatched on Wednesday and arrived Friday.
The selection of availble handles was good and the price was also good.

Easy site to use, helpful and delivered very promptly

Ordered Hafele pull out storage for my existing kitchen units, amazed at the quality of them, glides in and out so smoothly, wonderful product, easy to use.

I ordered 3 Hafele pull out wire drawers for a kitchen cupboard, having rung first to make certain I was getting the right size. I went through all the measurements in detail over the phone and was told to order the 500mm. They arrived promptly and I fitted the runners of the first drawer. They didn't fit! The basket was too small so I rang them to ask if they could replace the basket of the one I had fitted for the next size up. They said they would ring back that day but didn't. I emailed them and got a reply this afternoon. They won't replace the basket and they won't refund me because I have already fitted the runners. I am now left with a useless set of drawers, and no apparent way of getting my money back. If it had been my fault for ordering the wrong size then fair enough, but having been advised which size to get by them I don't think it is my fault and they should rectify the mistake
On the plus side, I assume they will refund me for the two which I haven't fitted, at least I hope they will. I will then be looking elsewhere to replace them with the correct size.
