Rims came perfect, not a scratch on them as well as balanced precisely, they came early as well with all locking lug nuts and a lug nut key, i added tpms on after i placed the order and the representative was super chill

Very happy with wheels, however the lugs nuts did not come with the wheels. Had to buy lug nuts again at the tire shop to mount the new wheels. Lug nuts arrived days after wheels arrived. Accessories should accompany wheels OR make it very clear they will be shipped separately.

Never had an issue with this company, I’ve gotten quite a few things from them and they have never disappointed me, when I had a wheel crack I had messaged them to purchase a single wheel and someone got back to me within the next day and got me a link to buy the wheel I needed, timely shipping and delivery and quick responses!

4 stars only because the wheels I initially wanted were listed on their website as available, but were not. The sales team worked with me and offered a free ceramic coating as compensation for the inconvenience. I'm happy with the new wheels I selected as a substitute. The wheels and tires arrived with everything I ordered. My one additional critique is Fitment Industries should also provide, or recommend for purchase the correct size hubcentric rings for the vehicle the wheels are purchased for. Other vendors do this. I wound up having to order hubcentric rings on Amazon and wait a couple days to install the new wheels.

the wheel i needed was back ordered and supposed to take about 3 months to get to me. somehow, fitment got it to me just about that week i ordered it. couldn’t be happier. fitment actually cares about their customers and it shows especially now to me.

My wife bent a rim and I needed a replacement (we had put aftermarket wheels for fitment on the car) they responded quickly and shipped the wheel and tire out quickly

Customer bought a custom set of wheels. Wrecks car so I am tasked with securing two replacement wheels. I talked to the cs rep. He pulled up the original invoice. Verifies the information on the wheels and the custom offset needed. We get the wheels and open the box and they are wrong. I called customer service and they confirmed that they nelgected to relay the offset info to the manufacturer. Their mix up. I was sent an email saying I need to sign a promisory note to get the correct wheels shipped. Of course that wasn't included in the email and I had to call to get the note emailed to me. I filled it out and sent it back on 8/20/25. Fast forward to today 8/27/25, I contact then for an update and they haven't even sent the order for the new wheels. I have a customer about to lose his rental and I have no wheels.
