Beten Sie, dass keine Reklamation nötig ist.
Ich habe einen Tischtennistisch für 1'200.- Chf bestellt und Vorkasse bezahlt. Eine Tischplatte war an einer Stelle verbogen (nicht vom Transport). Schaden sofort gemeldet. Die Einzelteile des Tisches verstellen mir nun seit über einem Monat den Gartensitzplatz. Fitshop bittet um Geduld, meldet sich erst auf Nachfrage. Nun sollte dann endlich mal Ersatz kommen, aber die defekte Platte nehmen sie nicht sofort zurück. Ich dürfe sie entsorgen!, oder sie wird dann später abgeholt. Mal schauen, ob es in diesem Sommer noch zu einem Spiel kommt... keine Entschuldigung, keine Entschädigung, keine Lust, Reklamationen zu bearbeiten. Nie wieder, werde ich dort bestellen.
