Order taken and not delivered back in March. I have tried to contact the company on different occasions to give them an opportunity to respond with no reply. Complete farce. Recommend avoiding them.

Reporting to Trading Standards
I'm assuming that this business has now been abandoned so i'm left with no choice but to report to trading standards due to trading illegally. Lets hope their website is taken down soon. Thankfully paypal offer buyers protection for refunds following my purchase that never arrived and, despite chasing, no communication received.

DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, brought 3 sets of dumbells, they took over a month to arrive with me constantly having to chase them. When they arrived one of the 17.5kg was missing and they said it got lost in transit, I asked for a refund which I have never received that was back in August.

Items not received. Money taken. Poor customer service.
I placed an order for a full set of kettlebells on 18th April. It was due to arrive on 21-22nd of April. Money has been taken out of my account. No items have arrived since. I have reached out over multiple platforms to try and get this resolved but aside from not even being able to find the order despite sending screenshots and all the info - it’s a struggle to even get a response back! If your order arrives great, you’re lucky. If it doesn’t - terrible customer service.

Amazing Product
The body pump set and step is perfect. I love the vibrant colours and this is massively helping me achieve my fitness goals. It did take about 3 weeks to arrive as it’s so popular but worth the wait. Customer service team were brilliant when I chased up my order. Highly recommend!

I ordered an 3 IN 1 SOFT PLYO BOX. It arrived well within the time frame given and was just as advertised on the FitSupplies website. Very pleased with my purchase and would certainly buy from FitSupplies again. The price was considerably less than other websites but still brand new and in original box.
