So happy with fitstar I ordered a set of dumbbells Bowflex 1090 for like 500 bucks came within 2 weeks brand new in the box I didn't get one email I didn't get one tracking notification but they're here and I'm happy five star

They sell cheep knockoffs it’s not the original equipment and good luck trying to get what you buy fixed or replaced as it’s not going to happen! I’ve been emailing them for 6 months they replied in the first email and did nothing, now they continue to ignore me.

Placed my order 8 days ago. I haven’t heard anything from Fittstar regarding shipping or about the emails I’ve sent inquiring about a tracking number. I will be contacting my bank on Monday to see if h can get my money back. I was very excited about getting this product but I can say now that I feel like I got robbed!

This is an update, I deleted my first post, because I did receive my package.
The problem is, yes they did process it and shipped it, they are real and genuine.
BUT .
there is no communication at all, so when there is a delay, customer can't get any reply from the company/ customer service.
Why is that ? What is wrong with them ? I don't know, I'm grateful to receive my package, haven't opened it yet, but I'm not happy by this lack of communication at all .

I ordered a product on Aug. 24th. It is now Sep. 14th. The company has charged my account, but will not respond to the several emails I have sent regarding my purchase. Now their website is down for maintenance. I feel like I've been robbed. No product, no customer service, no website.

Do not buy anything from this company.

The product came in the mail today on the 14th of September.

seems to be a 2nd party that actually creates/dispatches the kits. So there might be a disconnect between seller and manufacturer

The product itself is good. Lots of Variations of exercises. Just took a very long time to receive item. Ordered 15/8. I emailed the company (never had a response) couple of times to find out information about when the item will be shipped as I never got any information. Once there was confirmation 21/8, I was given expected delivery 30/8, didn’t receive until 8/9.

I previously gave fittstar a 1 star rating as after 2 weeks from purchase and no shipment confirmation they did not reply to my emails or messages left on instagram and fb. The equipment magically arrived today and I have to say its great quality. There was no shipment confirmation and no contact whatsoever with them but it did arrive...feels like it requires faith.

As many others report, I made an order late August,my money has been taken but I haven't received any response. I have tried to contact them several times and no response.

An update to this review. I have received my parcel therefore I have to say that they ship in a very reasonable time frame and it has arrived well package and the product is good.
The problem is still the lack of communication; in my case I needed to contact them as I had to move in between I ordered the product and the delivery. I had been lucky that the current resident has contacted me and I have been able to get my parcel but it was stressful not getting any feedback of the parcel's abouts

I have sent multiple emails and called several times. I still have no info on my purchase or response. I reported them to PayPal since they can’t seem to answer when my product will arrive. Last shipping update was August 23 then nothing!!!! And now their website is down for “maintenance”

Finally received product and it did NOT include any Instructions at all for setup???

I made a purchase on 25 August, until today, no tracking details, no updates, no communication on the purchase. I have tried emailing them a few times but still no response, I am starting to worry this site is a scam, will wait for updates in the next 24 h if there are still no updates Im contacting my bank.

No order updates, no delivery, no communication. Sent emails and messages on Facebook, the company is virtually impossible to get hold of. Will be escalating a resolve through PayPal.

Updating my previous review below. The package unexpectedly arrived this afternoon. It's a shame I received no notification of despatch (either by email or on the website) and there was never any response to my messages to customer service. But I can confirm my order has arrived. I do worry what would happen if there was a problem with the order however.

Like other reviewers, I'm increasingly thinking this site is a scam. I ordered 10 days ago, but no items dispatched still. Multiple emails to ask for information but completely ignored and impossible to get any response. Probably best not to risk your money.

I placed and paid for my order but haven’t received any info on if my order has been posted or processed yet. Their website says 8 days to process and it has now been 13 days. Left wondering when or even IF I will receive what I have paid for…

Like other reviews, I have contacted FITTSTAR 3 times on 2 different platforms (messenger and email) asking when I can expect shipping confirmation (been a week). No replies have been given, checked all spams folders. Will be trying to get a refund of my $230 AU in the next few days if I dont get a reply.

Company states 4-6 days shipping. It has been more than that and the items have not even been shipped. The company will not respond to your emails.

If I do not hear back from them in the next 24 hours then I will notify the bank and also the consumer affairs/ombudsman to investigate the company as a scam

Product was finally delivered but took much longer than expected and they only respond if you post a review here. Don't respond to customer emails or phone calls.

Edit** So the company have refunded me AFTER i disputed it through paypal, not after i didn't reply to emails..luckily for me I had the numerous emails sent to them to give to paypal. I recommend going through the official website not these guys.

company do not respond to emails! Purchased item in the 16th July and was contacted on the 20th to say my product had been shipped but was being held by the courier as they wouldn't deliver to a po box,and that once i gave them the updated information my product would arrive in 4- 5 days i updated the information and have received no information or product since, i have contacted fittstar by email several times have checked my junk folder and nothing..after reading all the reviews on this page i now believe i may have been scammed

I recently ordered a Suspension Pro training system and have been unable to see if product has even shipped. I've sent 2 emails and called customer service. The customer service went to voicemail after about 25 rings.
UPDATE:
I DIDN'T HAVE ANY EMAILS IN MY SPAM FROM YOUR COMPANY.
I ASK THAT YOU SUPPLY ME WITH TRACKING INFORMATION IMMEDIATELY.
I HAVE ALSO MADE PAYPAL AWARE OF YOUR LACK OF COMMUNICATION AND THEY ARE GOING TO BE REACHING OUT TO GET THIS MATTER RESOLVED.

Ordered a suspension trainer and product hasn't arrived in 3 weeks. They claimed 4-6 business days for delivery. Customer service is useless. Was supposed to be shipped DHL and they are telling me there's a problem with Canada Post.

Total Scam!!
Do not order from them.

I see the same complaints in other reviews so this isn't an isolated incident.

Now they are offering me $18 as a refund for something I paid $59.99 for. What a joke.
