so I am changing my review, products arrived and were very nicely packaged also seem to be very sturdy and strong resistance bands. I’m only going to give a 4 because there is literally no communication from anyone on their end. I will say once products arrive, however long it takes. It ends up being worth it.

I emailed them called them nothing its been 3 months havnt recieved shitt apart from that my tracking number they give u dont work att all keeps saying erorr #scamm gotta call my bank now and report thie a holes

Almost a month already and still I haven't received my product. I've sent multiple emails asking where my product is and no answer. I'm reporting this company to my bank so I can get my money back.

I’ve been very happy with my purchase. I ordered a resistance band pack, and these are made of premium material.

I ordered one of their Ultimate Pack, it took 12 days to be delivered to south of France.
The product is insane, I'll never go to the gym again! This is my best purchase related to fitness

Ok so I'm changing my review because i received my order. I'm giving 4 stars mostly because of the product. It's extremely good quality, you have lots of options and it's very versatile and lasting. No complaints about this at all.

My only issue is still with the communication/ customer service. I never received a confirmation for my order or an invoice. I contacted them and they assured me it went through and would be delivered. Friendly customer service though. All good i guess but it's a necessity in my opinion to show some form of "your payment was successful and your order is processing" etc. I was really skeptical at first but in the end it all went well despite the lack of communication. If this can change I'm sure it'll create a more trustful image

I purchased the item believing it was shipped put of Miami, where the website claims this company is located. It is shopped out of China and my purchase is scheduled to arrive within 60 days. I emailed the company because they claim 100% satisfaction guarantee. Clearly I am not happy because it takes 60 days to maybe receive my item. I want my money back. I emailed
the company and they never responded.

I purchased a pack to workout from home during quarantine. I got their ultimate pack and so far I’m happy purchased it.
Fast delivery and very good quality, not overpriced like other brands...

Misrepresented product. They advertise a bag coming with it but they don’t include in the box. Customer service was responsive until I received the product but has gone mute after this.
Product itself looks good quality but don’t expect the full described order to be included.

Fittstarr is really a high value seller. The product is really amazing and has a great quality. The communication with the seller was efficient and It was an amazing experience buying! I will back again and again!
