Lydia was my Debt Specialist and she was absolute fantastic at explaining what Accredited/Five Lakes could do to help me get out of the minimum payment cycle that I have been in. She was empathetic and talked about her own experience and truly listened. When I got on the telephone with her, I had a negative feeling about using a service such as this and I only wanted to talk about a debt consolidation loan, but she convinced me that this is not like bankruptcy and that I will be paying what I owe back just not all the interest. I am really hopeful for the first time in a while of becoming debt free and having the financial freedom to hopefully one day retire. The customer service was top notch, and Lydia had an answer for me very quickly.

Lydia was excellent! She was very understanding knowledgeable and walked me through the process very thoroughly. I truly appreciated how she made sure I understood the agreement I was entering into, which really spoke to her trustworthiness.
