Steer clear of ordering from this…

Steer clear of ordering from this company, ordered dining table and 6 chairs 3 months ago, expected delivery 6 weeks ago, table arrived, told they forgot to load on the chairs, after many photos calls and emails to which they do not respond to, we are still awaiting the chairs,

Professional in every way.

Service was great very professional. Delivered on time. Not all of our purchase turned up with the delivery BUT Five Noir soon corrected that and our order was delivered in full with days. Thank you.

Great furniture

What can I say.
Having spent a fair amount of time trying to finding the right set of garden furniture I discovered FiveNoir.
We was truly spoilt not only by choice of furniture but also by the staff.
Gina was great and very knowledgeable about the different types of furniture.
We got a great deal and highly recommend. 10/10

Quality products and good service

Went into the showroom and found the quality of the products great and just what we needed (Boston Rattan Cube 8 Seat Outdoor Dining Set with cover). Aki was very helpful and processed the order in the showroom with no issues.

Please don't buy from the seller

Please don't buy from the seller. I was supposed to get my delivery within 3 weeks after three weeks I message the seller and I was told delivery was coming on the 10th Oct 2023, I took time off work around lunch time I received another text for another delivery date without any cancelled or notice.

Am even worried I might not get the delivery. Poor communication and will even say no communication whatsoever. The customer service online to chat with her very rude and not professional at all.

Still waiting for my order? Order was placed in August we are in October and no sign of delivery yet.

AVOID This Company

AVOID, If I could give zero stars I would. To cut a very long story short, ordered my furniture beginning of August, wrong item delivered, just had a text advising next delivery date 8th November! I have now requested a refund and will go elsewhere. Absolutely disgusting service!

Company is now no longer trading, had to get a refund via Amazon pay, check out CEO details and avoid any companies he's involved with.

Buy at own risk

I purchased an Arianna dining set, coffee table and two bedside tables in August. I expected the items to be delivered within 3 weeks as per their website but it’s two months now with 2 no show deliveries. The worst thing is they lie about it, disgusting customer service too. The first time I was told the delivery driver didn’t show up and they would get it out to me from the supplier. I wonder if they only have one driver in the whole company. Then I was told items would be delivered yesterday directly from supplier and I took yet another day off work with a no show for the delivery. I wish I had taken time to read the negative reviews on this site prior to purchasing. I just hope I get my refund on time as I have seen some have had problems with this too. This company takes people for a ride and I give them an award for misinformation and poor customer service!

So the seat part of the bench finally…

So the seat part of the bench finally arrived today(beginning of week 5) and yep you guessed it the legs are NW missing!!!!! People please think twice about using this company ,,,a million phone calls ,and they really don't seem to give a c**p ,so NW prob another 5 weeks to get the legs!!!!!

Poor communication

I simply ordered a single dining room chair, the chair was delivered today which was well protected in perfect condition and the delivery driver took care and was very friendly.
However, this chair has taken 7 weeks to be delivered and in this time I have spoken/messaged with customer service who gave me false nformation about when it was going to be delivered.
If I was told it could take around 6 or 7 weeks to delivered at the beginning I wouldn't have minded but some reason customer service couldn't tell me why it was delayed, 2 dates they said it was coming and it didn't come. It was all a bit strange I wasn't in a rush for the chair but customer service were poor in their knowledge of deliveries and at least 3 different operatives couldn't explain what was going on.

I was told delivery will be made in 3…

I was told delivery will be made in 3 weeks time and it’s been 5 weeks already.
After contacting the company i was told expected delivery time will be 25th October.
This morning i just received another message from Fivenoir saying that delivery date will be 3rd November due to some issues with the supplier.

Terrible customer service and false…

Terrible customer service and false delivery times.

I placed an order for a mirror which said 3-5 days delivery time via DPD on their website, but I waited 4 weeks and still no mirror or even a tracking number from FiveNoir or DPD. After reaching out to customer service they told me their logistics team would reach out to organise delivery as it couldn’t be delivered via DPD, and it was a mistake on the website.

I wanted a further week and still nothing so I chased, with FiveNoir simply saying the logistics team would reach out to organise a delivery date.

Eventually, a full 2 months since the order (despite the website saying the item was in stock), the logistics team offered me a delivery date a further 4 weeks away, bringing the total wait time to 3 months. Had I known it would take that long I would never have placed the order. I got no apology or explanation from FiveNoir.

Shocking customer service

Shocking customer service. Was supposed to have my garden furniture delivered 4 weeks ago. Took a day off to wait at home for it. After waiting all day I called to find out when it would be delivered to be told it’s not getting delivered and the new date would be the following Monday and they would throw in a free parasol. Took another day off and called at the end of the day saying it wasn’t scheduled for delivery that day. New delivery date Monday just gone and yet again no delivery (no email or anything telling us this). Now been told next Monday. If I don’t receive this on Monday I want to cancel my order

These guys have messed me around for over 3 months telling lies
Still haven’t received the order
And that’s not the only issue most of the items were damaged and very poor quality!
Ignore the good reviews as they do these themselves!!

Nightmare of a Company

Ordered 8 dining chairs on 4 September, on the phone through Abby, was given delivery date for 14 September. I purchased a dining table from another company and put delivery on hold so I can have both table and chairs delivered on same day, I made Abby aware of this. My dining table which I order from another company was promptly delivered on 14 as I told them to. But for my chairs There was No delivery on 14, so called up on 15. Spoke with Kane and Was told they changed their courier from DPD to Fedex so will take another few days for delivery. Waited another few days still no delivery. Called again and spoke with a manager. She assured me will be delivered by end of the week on Friday. No delivery by end of Friday so called again on Monday. Spoke with Kane who said they never had the chairs in stock to begin with and was waiting for delivery from supplier. He asked me whether I wanted to still wait. I said most definitely NO. I asked for refund. He said it can take up to 14 working days. I paid on 4 September and yesterday was 4 October. No sign of chairs or refund. Spoke to my credit card company who refunded me the full amount.
PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL JUST BE TOLD LIES,LIES AND MORE LIES.
If this is what their customer service is like before taking delivery. I just feel sorry for customers who have had orders delivered and need aftersales customer service. It must be absolutely dreadful.
This company doesn’t even deserve 1 star. They kept my money for 30 days+ and weren’t even bothered to deliver or refund. Bunch of Jokers!!!!!
Unbelievable! They have just wrote a reply saying chairs were dispatched. Maybe speak with Kane who said they never had them in stock to begin with.
Different people saying different things!
At least all staff should be on the same page!

Nobody should buy from this company…

Nobody should buy from this company promised delivery on 5 different times been ordered since July absolute shambles of a company can’t even give a reason why it’s not been delivered just blame logistics company and then course no managers around day off as usual please don’t be ripped off speaking with trading standards rubbish company avoid at all costs
