AVOID AT ALL COSTS
i ordered a corner garden corner suite with fire pit table and paid 99 pound premium delivery to have assembled ,when delivery was due on thur i received a call saying that the driver was off ill and my order couldnt be delivered,so they organised for it to be delivered the following thur, when nothing had arrived by lunchtime i called them and was informed that no delivery had been booked , then i was told it couldnt be delivered premium delivery until a months time,so i then asked them to refund my premium delivery and just send it normal delivery if it would make this quicker.i was then told yes this would happen the following week ,then changed to a day later then when i complained yet again the manager called me and she apologised and said she didnt want a unhappy customer so she would refund the delivery that was already owed to me and asked if i would like a free parasol as a way of an apology, as expected eventually on day of delivery there was no parasol ,and now after 3 week i am still fighting to get my delivery refund of 99 pounds, after countless phone calls excuse after excuse and now im wrong for getting angry .go figure . PLEASE DO YOURSELVES A HUGE FAVOUR AND AVOID
Awful Customer service/Delivery/ operations ..Every Call to customer service (kain or kay what ever his name is) sounds like a SCAM!
I placed an order for an Arianna Marble dining set with 6 chairs few months back, after 2 occasions of failed delivery and delivering an incomplete set of the wrong order on one occasion. I decided to cancel and request for my refund today being the 2nd Oct 2023! I have been promised that I would get my refund on or before 14 working days (i.e before 19th of October 2023). I would keep you posted when that happens.

I have never in my 38 years of dealing with companies dealt with one like this ever before! Telling Obvious lies filled with lots of "promises" "unfortunately" & " i can only apoligize" that looks like SCAM!
Order cancelled with no communication
Placed an order in June or pre order. Have been chasing periodically during August til now. Always told order will be available next week. Paid via Klarna. Just heard from Klarna that my order has been cancelled. Well done Five Noir - no communication from you received. Really poor customer service. Will not be ordering again.

I ordered a garden set which i liked very much and good price. I will say i had a bit of a rocky rd to recieve what i ordered due to delivery driver issues SO NO DELIVERY AS SHEDUALLED it happens ... i never thought of cancelling for waiting so long due to good reviews, so i saw it out to the end and felt i was served by a different company at this point . i had fantastic delivery drivers with a lot of patience and care to my goods they took there time to build my order as i requested when ordered and also place where i wanted it , cleared all packaging absolutly no effet whats so ever to finally have a fabulous set. so with my patience i can say after all the mishaps of recieving my goods i can honestly say it was all woth it great garden set and quality . so a happy customer..
I wouldnt hesitate to order again and reccomend to anyone for the quality of the products, also must say the manager was very complyable and patient to the end thank you five noir for the end results keep it up 🙂

Terrible company to deal with
Terrible company to deal with. I would never order from them again and never recommend to anyone . I ordered a dining table on 30th July and after being told on four seperate occasions it would be delivered with four different Lies 1. problem with Logistic Department . 2 Driver ill 3 Driver in Hospital and 4 van broke down on motorway in Scotland ?After Many phone calls later and emails I spoke to Paula very unhelpful and demanded my money back .To be told there never was a table it was Lies and I would have to wait 14 working days for MY MONEY . Again No Money in my account after yet another call i was told it would be in that day , then I got an email saying 3-5 working days it took 3 .I got my money today 28th September . They Lied to me and kept my money from 30th July . Not Good enough. Disgusting service and company to deal with . NEVER AGAIN .

Long delivery date and inconsistent with delivery
Unpacked an order from e dinning set and was told it takes up to 3 weeks. After 3 weeks I called and was told the set will arrive in a week's time and was given a date bring 22/09/2023. On the date of arrival I was sent a message that the delivery is no longer arriving on the day and now was offered another week for delivery and I am still waiting for my order since July 2023. We are now in September!

Ordered ada table and chairs in july still haven't received it to be informed yesterday they dont actually have any of these in stock now to wait 2 weeks for my refund very poor service was given 5 different delivery dates for a non existent dinning set

The customer service received was second to none and the furniture was absolutely beautiful and I love it. I will definitely be ordering from five noir again 😀

4 months still no delivery and no refund
I ordered 2 bedside tables in May. In June only one was delivered. I called CS and they said it was delivery company' s mistake and would send the second one. In July it came chipped. I called again CS, they offered £50 discount but I didn't accept it, I wanted another one because it was mirror bedside table and the crack always gets bigger. Since July I'm still waiting. It's not the waiting that bothers me the most, but them bombarding me with texts saying delivery is on this date, I arrange for someone to be at home since I'm working and they keep cancelling and giving other dates without a reason. I emailed and called Five Noir at least 20 times, every time I speak with another agent who says they're new and the other agent doesn't work there anymore. More than a week ago I spoke with a guy and he was trying to persuade me not to ask for refund but to wait for another delivery date. So rude. It's my time, my money and my mental health. I feel I'm in a toxic relationship with Five Noir and every time I think of them, which is often since the chipped bedside table is in my room, I have anxiety. This summer I was in hospital, after surgery, abroad, non stop cancellations without an explanation.
At this point they didn't send me another one, they didn't refund me, they went no answer. It's unbelievable. I actually don't understand how they have 5*. They are so rubbish I doubt the reviews are real.
I've just checked now and there are 26 reviews 1 star in the last month. Similar problems.
What could I do, which are my rights as a customer who made an order, paid upfront and waited for 4 months and still waiting?

Huge mistake to order from Fivenoir.
I ordered a table and chairs on 13.8.23 for delivery within 3 weeks as I would have been home, I paid extra for assembly as heavy marble. First available delivery was after 4 weeks. I arranged time off work to be around. I was informed with very short notice delivery had been postponed to 25th sept, another two weeks. Couple of days before I phoned to check and was told the London carrier will phone me week of the 25th with a delivery date. So about 6 weeks later I still have no idea when I will get the goods. Disappointed and appalled is an understatement. This business seems in complete chaos.
Appalling service
We ordered our garden furniture first week of August and we are last week of September and still no sign of delivery. The only response we got is that they are looking for a new courier and we will get them as soon as possible. Absolutely ridiculous answer and no word of a refund.
