Still waiting delivery

Still waiting delivery. Was booked and they were unable to deliver, told another day and didn't arrive. Still waiting and hoping it might be soon.

Ordered 4 dinning chairs on 14th August…

Ordered 4 dinning chairs on 14th August and was told delivery in 7-14 days. 6 weeks later I still have no chairs. I was given 3 delivery dates and no chairs arrived and no phone call to say they wouldn’t be. They still can’t even tell me when they will be delivered.

Worst company I’ve ever come across

I don’t know where to start as there’s so much I’ve got to say!
I ordered an outdoor sofa and table set which it said it would be delivered in 2 weeks the latest.
After they received the payment they said it would be delivered in 3 weeks then after 1 week they said in 4 weeks which and kept leading me on,in the end they said well send you an item worth £50 for the hassle caused.
I received them after a month after so much hassle,the settee was very poor quality and most of the legs were damaged and some ripped.
Some parts of the table were missing and the item they said they’d send they never sent it!
Now I’m still waiting for the missing parts of the table,it’s been over 2 months.
They gave me a tracking number a week ago and was due to be delivered today,when I tracked the item it has been cancelled from them.
All the negative comments on social they’ll delete it.
I’m going to take this matter further with them.
Avoid this company at any cost!!

From August I speak to one of your…

From August I speak to one of your staff, about my delivery, she book me for 21/09/23 . I wake up was waiting, when it coming to 10.00am , I call to find out what time delivery is coming, i speak to one of the male staff about my delivery. He said one of the driver is not around so they cannot deliver my stuff and I told him that nobody contacted me to let me know that today is not possible . I already given away my old table I am sitting on the floor to eat because I make the room clear for them, so that too many things is not in the kitchen when they arrive. I’m not happy with that and he said he’s going book me for another day, but he doesn’t know which date is it going to be , he said he will contact me . I am still waiting for someone to tell when all day yesterday.

Excellent products

Delivery took long time to arrive but quality of table and chair is really good. Ordered Marble table and chairs. Really pleased with the quality of product.

Items still not delivered

There is hardly any communication about when your orders will arrive. I got a text to say Monday 18th of September I had to call and ask what sort of time, the company said roughly 3-6pm. Our items did not, and have still not arrived. Apparently we have to wait for a text message for delivery now so who knows when???

The bar stools are great but the…

The bar stools are great but the delivery was terrible waited in a whole day to be told after 5 hours of waiting that the driver didn’t put the stools on lorry so had to take the next day off work as well to have them delivered . Specifically asked for am delivery . They arrived at 4.45 . Dpd are absolutely useless !! But I love the bar stools despite loosing two days holiday from work

I ordered the Louis marble table and…

I ordered the Louis marble table and six chairs from five noir great quality nothing missing and they changed delivery date so we got the table and chairs in time for my wife's birthday nice people and we are so pleased with the purchase from five noir thank you all very much

Furniture came really quickly. The delivery people were great abd customer care have been helpful with a minor query. Would use again as the quality for money is very good.

Firepit table and seating.

I bought a set from five noir and I am thriller with it. Great quality. Great customer service from beginning to end. I am always nervous of buying from the Internet but if you have looked at these guys, do not hesitate to purchase from them. A very please customer.

Ordered the Oxford Rattan Corner Sofa…

Ordered the Oxford Rattan Corner Sofa Set Rectangle Fire Pit Table Grey with £99 delivery which included set up of the furniture, and £60+ for a cover. Delivery men arrived and were unaware that they had to assemble the furniture. There’s was no cover delivered and no clips to keep the furniture together. Informed delivery men of this and was told cover would be dropped off the same day. It wasn’t. Had to contact customer service for both clips and cover. Then realise that for the fire there were stones instead of pebbles. Contacted customer services where I was told that in the small print it says about ‘stock availability’. I was sold the furniture set with the pebbles not the stones. Told by customer services that I could go and buy pebbles from Amazon. I then notice about a week later, didn’t put cushions out due to weather, I’ve been sent miss matching cushions. Contacted customer services two weeks ago where I was told new cushions would be sent. Nothing. Contacted again this week and informed somebody would be in contact. Nothing.

6 seater round firepit table and chairs.

I ordered the 6 seater firepit table and chairs. It was a 4 week wait for delivery, but as promised it was delivered on time. Although the weather has not been great we have managed to sit at it with the firepit alight. Very comfortable chairs and cushions. I did order the cover for the table that wasn't delivered at the same time. But after contacting the chat one was put in the post. Delivered by DPD. Unfortunately it was an oblong one sent so I contacted again and a new round one was sent. Very good quality cover and has kept the table chairs and cushions dry even after the deluge of rains we have experienced. I am overall very happy with my purchase and would not hesitate to buy from five noir again.

Beautiful lamps

I order from Five noir a pair of crystal table lamps . Just as described on their website . We had a minor problem with the delivery but all sorted very promptly and professionally.
I love my new lamps .

Five Noir provided excellent customer…

Five Noir provided excellent customer service. Delivery was scheduled but then accidentally not loaded onto the van and they worked around me and my working hours to have it delivered at my convenience. Excellent customer communication, as for the product, no complaints what so ever, its beautiful and such an amazing price. I highly recommend this company, especially if you are on a budget.

From ordering to receiving my garden…

From ordering to receiving my garden furniture I have been impressed with this company, although there was a slight delay with delivery the customer service team were fab and arranged for a complimentary parasol to match my furniture, the delivery guys were great, my street is very narrow and a dead end but the team were patient and friendly, very happy with the quality and service received
