Don't bother using this website. I hired two designers and both spend minutes on designs that had spelling mistakes and did not listen to my brief,

Fiverr did not help me at all and I lost two fees. I had to pay a designer outside of Fiverr and finally got great work done for the same cost without being scammed.

I will never use Fiverr again, just stay away. The work advertised as examples of their work is stolen work and what you receive is nothing like what they claim to have created. I had a tight budget and this experience caused a lot of issues for me. You will get scammed on this website and when that happens Fiverr will just tell you work was delivered (even when I told the designer to stop as I would not pay) so you won't get your money back.

Complete waste of time. I asked for SEO optimisation and they gave me a quote which I paid. They then -after 3 weeks said they had not quoted for SEO.

I submitted a review since last week and I haven't gotten a response till now...this is so aweful

Fiverr recent update about the seller level system has ruined the career or top sellers, They are using AI system now to handle the seller profile and that has ruined everything. It's so unfortunate that their AI algorithms does not do fair valuation. I am working on Fiverr from 2016 and now in 2024 i am thinking to leave this platform and shift to other platforms. I would suggest never work with Fiverr.

Fiverr is full of … they treat sellers like trash, they never support sellers, with their new system they left thousands of great sellers unemployed. Everything is operated by AI, no human will respond to you if you have a problem, they just copy/paste generic responses. Stay awaaaaay

Hopeless! Been Waiting 2 months for a one-page landing page. I have ended up doing my own one as I could not wait anymore. Sooo over Fivver! They don't care and just take your money and do not respond

why is the company charging service fees that too if it was a small amount not a problem but 50 per of the service purchased this is unfair for the buyer and the seller and i didn't know about the service fees until i saw the bill amount it was increased service fees and vat both unnecessary charges have being applied this basically a scam by charging service fees and i don't want to purchase any service from this company rather i go to a typing center they will charge fair amount.

Wow, wow, wow. What an appalling experience!

Tried to sign up with this company as a seller. Account was declined, no explanation. Declined, decision can not be changed!

Never come across such an unhelpful, arrogant company in my life.

They reviewed my messages and reinstated me. I've given them an extra star for now, but watch this space.

After creating a gig in both English and German, it gets flagged for not meeting guidelines. The information from Fiverr regarding the rejection is unclear and unhelpful, failing to pinpoint the exact issue. Eventually, they block further edits to your gig. They reject your gig, claiming it's not in a supported language, despite adherence to their English-first policy.

The customer support becomes dismissive when you inquire further, claiming they cannot unblock the gig. The response is generic and completely disregards the work you put in. In your second inquiry, the supporter doesn't even read the case, posting another generic answer with something misplaced about plagiarism.

This experience demonstrates a lack of appreciation for the time and effort you invest and exposes significant flaws in Fiverr's system, such as the inability to copy elements from existing gigs, leading to unnecessary extra work. Their platform proves to be user-unfriendly and dismissive.

Caution is advised for those considering using Fiverr, as you may encounter similar issues with support and system inflexibility, leading to a disappointing experience.

All the things wrong with Fiverr:

1) Takes a long time to receive funds. Takes up to a month. WHY? You are stealing my earnings already with your fees.

2) They support alot of fake sellers and buyers. EXTREMELY concerning when the majority of those profiles are from INDIA, PAKISTAN and ISRAEL.

3) Customer support is non-existing. They will close and block your account immediately, not allowing you to voice your concerns or issues.

4) Once your account is closed or unreasonly banned, they steal your funds. You will not receive a check or be able to withdraw any pending earnings supposedly under review. For this they are THIEVES and SCAMMERS.

Scammers. Customer support will not resolve the issues. Once you write a review for which the seller pesters you constantly, you cannot change it and they will disappear. I was told there is lifetime support and I accepted the work in good faith. The site is useless and not operational. Do not hire anyone from Fiverr especially from Mexico and other countries. I had issues with two sellers - both were scams. I had luck with just 1 person on this platform. DO NOT USE the platform.

My wife and I have posted our freelancing services only to be contacted by scammers. I am now checking this company up and I see that has been the general experience, which is POOR.

Just over all bad platform.. with fake profiles and sellers trying to rob you.stay away

Perfect for creative services. Fiverr has been excellent to use for graphic design. Very easy to use and navigate through to custom design the branding and colors to suit my theme. Any problems or issues encountered along the way are very easily resolved with Support help from a Fiverr Expert. I am currently loving the additional features like progress tracking and instant updates, making the whole process seamless for my projects.

DO NOT USE THEM. I ORDERED A LOGO TO BE DONE FOR MY COMPANY AND WAS CHARGED £60.00 FOR WHAT LOOKED LIKE A 12 YEAR OLD KID DONE IT. I WAS TOLD NOT GETTING A REFUND EITHER. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Was a seller on this platform, they suddenly suspended my account when complaining about their seller tier reduction when two buyers cancelled their orders.

Their reasoning was that I violated their guidelines for operating outside of their platform. Magically I hadn't prior to complaining about their unfair tier system. I received no value of money regarding any order outside of their system so I fail to see where on earth this accusation has come from?!

Avoid this site at all costs, a very unfair and unjust company operating at their own whim who have now significantly affected myself and the regular customers I dealt with whom now will likely have to cease ordering via fiverr so it's an additional loss to themselves. Absolutely seething with this company!

Further update they 'reviewed' the decisions and then closed down the support ticket immediately. Their excuse is that I didn't put the monetary value of materials I PERSONALLY paid for through their site, YOUR terms clearly say all orders should be passed through your site, where in that order did It say I would be supplying materials? No where. The client cancelled their order and offered to send me the monetary value of materials I had already ordered using my own private funds not the clients and was nowhere any part of the agreement on the order.
So you have twisted the occurance using my own provided screenshots illustating the cancelled orders to permanantly disable not only my account but the access numerous customers had to quick turnaround options via your site. Good job and well done on the dedication of cancelling your client base.

The so called customer service is some of the worst I have ever experience, lack of any morals and understanding and instead of actually talking to you they just rather disable your access. Over 50+ 5* reviews, only when I complained about their own buisiness did they suddenly find an issue to ban me.

Impossible to be a fitness coach on Fiverr!

My profile got deactivated for trying to conduct business outside of the Fiverr platform which simply isn't true as certain aspects of coaching are impossible to do on the Fiverr platform.

This "team" of Fiverr's that decides if a profile should be deactivated or not clearly lacks common sense and fairness. They seem to have no regard for the hard work and dedication that goes into building a successful fitness coaching business nor understand anything about fitness coaching.

Not only did they falsely accuse me of conducting business outside of their platform, but they conveniently ignore the fact that certain aspects of coaching simply cannot be effectively carried out within their limited framework. It's absurd to expect fitness coaches to provide comprehensive support solely through their messaging system.

To add insult to injury, my profile, which I had painstakingly built over the past year, watching it grow slowly, day by day, was deactivated right after I reported someone who was trying to scam me. It's ironic how Fiverr rewards scammers and punishes honest users who dare to stand up against them.

It's clear that Fiverr's so-called "team" lacks the ability to discern right from wrong and has no interest in fostering a supportive environment for legitimate professionals. Instead, they choose to silence voices that expose their flawed system and protect the very scammers they should be eradicating.

I'm beyond frustrated and disappointed with Fiverr's unjust actions and terrible customer support that tells you nothing.

They have not only cost me potential clients and income but have also shattered my trust in their platform. If you're a fitness coach looking for a fair and supportive marketplace to showcase your skills, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere because Fiverr clearly isn't the place for it.
