It took 10 working days to fix a small…
It took 10 working days to fix a small scratch and even after that paint is missing between the bumber joints which I have explicitly showed before handing over the car. Any way I had to sign and take the car back as I can't again wait for 10 more days.
I have got the courtesy car which doesn't fit highways and I need to travel office 3 times a week.
I have to spend 25£ on fuel for 200 miles where as with my electric car it would have been just 4£.
Overall I am not satisfied.

Regarding the repair timeline, we did encounter complications with the ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) calibration, due to the vehicle being a new model, which unfortunately extended the time required to complete the work. We understand how frustrating delays can be, and we appreciate your patience while we ensured the vehicle was repaired safely and correctly.
As for the courtesy car, these are arranged through your insurance provider, who determines the category of vehicle supplied. We simply provide an A-class vehicle in line with those insurance terms. We understand it may not have met all your usual driving needs, and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

We needed a bumper painted quickly
We needed a bumper painted quickly, our vehicle is used daily and therefore this had to be priority.
We ordered the bumper and got it delivered directly to the Braintree site and we had a painted bumper back the next day.
The job was executed quickly and efficiently ensuring the procedure was painless.
Paint job was 👌🏻 which was important considering the vehicle was less than 6months old.

collection issue
The only issue I had was the collection point. I’d specifically given my work address for the collection/delivery of courtesy car and the driver (who was very pleasant) was directed to my home address. Exactly the same thing happened when they delivered my car back to me. Fortunately it was the same driver and he had the sense to come to my office. Other than that the work was of a good standard and I am pleased with the repair.

Great communication but repair not fully completed
My car was damaged by a falling tree branch in high winds. It took out my wing mirror, the front grill had part of a branch embedded in it and there were a lot scuff and scratches with some minor dents. The car was collected quickly and throughout the repair there was good communication over progress. My car returned 16 days later but on close inspection there were still a couple of dents along the front bumper so the car was returned. The manager called to apologise but estimated I would have to wait an additional week for its return to me. Disappointing- I am not sure how it passed inspection

Polite & honest people, great result in 7 days
I needed a minor repair following a bumped bumper!
The ladies on the phone were so polite and helpful. Easy to talk to someone of/when needed.
The guy who picked up and dropped off my car was a lovely person too. Result was exactly one week I had my car back with zero cracks or scuffs on bumper and lovely polished paint work!
They really looked after it and me, so big thank you to everyone involved. It was a minor job but nonetheless, wouldn't hesitate to use them again although it is the insurance approved one so I didn't 'choose' this time. Thanks!
