Disappointing
Vehicle was signed off as ready to collect but clearly was still damaged . Had to sign that I was satisfied (& pay my excess ) in order to have my vehicle back until another repair date agreed . It took 2 further attempts to fix the initial damage .
Would avoid - only chosen as an insurance claim

So far I am not impressed!My car was…
So far I am not impressed!My car was booked in 3 weeks ago (my choice) for some body work repair following and accident... so there was plenty of time to get the new parts -bumper etc. It was collected this morning and I was given a quick run through of the controls etc it's a manual car so pretty basic- no rear view camera or sensors etc. Sometime after the delivery driver left I went to move the car and couldn't release the handbrake it. Eventually after trying to find an online manual( there wasn't a manual in the car ) and after two phone calls to the garage another delivery driver in the area was sent to sort out the problem which was caused because the handbrake had been put on much too tightly for me to release it. I then received a message saying the estimated repair would take 10 days including a weekend -when nothing would be done of course...tbc!

The team at Fix Auto did a great job on repairing our campervan, kept us informed throughout and worked tirelessly to get the parts we needed, which was a challenge at times, and returned the vehicle to us in an as good as new position - we would definitely use again for any car repairs (hopefully not following an accident next time !!) and would strongly recommend them

Excellent car repair service following an accident
My car was involved in an accident and the insurance company assigned FixAuto. The service and communication was excellent and the car was repaired and returned within an extremely reasonable time and when returned looked like nothing had happened! I would most certainly use FixAuto again and highly recommend them.
