Excellent service and communication
This car company had an excellent communication throughout my experience. They kept me updated via frequent texts and were very helpful over the phone if I had a query. Their online app made recording the damage easy and my car was replaced with a courtesy car which was immaculate. My car looks great after their repairs. Their aftercare was also great, supplying me with all the information I needed in a timely fashion. Would definitely recommend.

After being in a collision I was automatically referred to Fix Auto in Brackley. The team were superb in keeping me informed, updated and I’m really pleased with Graham and the team’s work on my repair. Easy experience
Everything was very smooth from start to finish. Replacement car arrived, our car taken away for repairs, regular updates on progress, car arrived back few hours after we phoned to schedule handover. Every question was answered, they seem very well organized. I was very impressed.
