A great repair company.
I took my car to be repaired by this company. They provided me with a lovely courtesy car till the repair was completed which took only 3 days. My car was returned to me cleaned and looking great, you would never no there had been anything wrong with it. The staff in reception were friendly and professional, I can't thank them enough 👍

Sadly the updates or lack of them were very frustrating. I had to call on over 5 occasions and at the time they gave me updates. However the timescales given never reflected what was happening. They would give detail for a call back but none of them materialised. The actual repairs were fine just misinformation and no follow ups were very poor. Courtacy car smelled of marijuana which I did forget to tell the company. I did accidently leave something in the car and I did get a call. Just a pity the repair wasn't followed up in the same manner

From the communication notes, it appears we agreed to contact you on the 21st which was the estimated completion date, but unfortunately although the repairs were completed by this date, there was an issue calibrating the radars which ran over by two days. We are however, delighted to learn you are happy with the quality of work .

Courtesy car not ideal for 6ft+ driver but not taken back to correct my mistake.

Communication from the garage was great, I was informed by text and email when my car was ready to be collected.
