Bad experience
It was a bad experience from the start. The phone link to take photos did not work, nor did the email. I was coerced into bringing it in to the garage. I was not no comfortable about driving it. As it turned out it was considered unsafe to drive when the driver came to collect it. I was not really kept up to date with the progress, I had to phone. I was promised the car on 3 separate occasions, and on 2 occasions it was delayed, the third occassion no told me, and I had waited in all for its delivery. I was not happy.

The claim we received stated your vehicle was roadworthy therefore we request customers to send images to ensure our customer is safe. We apologize for the difficulties you faced with submitting photos. When our driver came to collect your vehicle he reported that your vehicle required a recovery truck as there was a shudder from the vehicle. You should have been kept fully informed throughout the repair process, and we regret that you had to chase updates. We provide customers with an estimated completion date as the date may change due to delays and we did experience part delays from the manufacturer for your repair. We understand how frustrating and inconvenient that must have been when your estimated completion date changed. We are working closely with our workshop to ensure customers are kept up to date with any delays.

Delays and poor communication
Unfortunately an initial three day completion window was extended on four occasions. Assurances given were not achieved nor were they well communicated by the workshop. On a positive note, the ladies I spoke with (on numerous occasions) were amazing - helpful and courteous and often as frustrated with the workshop's lack of communication as I was

The delay was caused by the new headlamp module not calibrating, and we had to involve our specialist auto electrician to calibrate the headlamp.
