Fantastic service
The courtesy I received from Chris and his team was superb. There was no drama or delay. Everything was explained, they provided the loan car when they said they would. They contacted me to advise on progress. And then the swap pack/ pick up of my car could not have been more pleasant. Superb service and my car looks great again too!!! I’m delighted.

First class service from start to finish. After being involved in an accident which wasn’t our fault and the other person driving off before being able to get their details, we can’t thank Fix Auto enough for their professionalism, reliability and speed in getting our car fixed. Had really great customer service from these guys. From dealing with Mark and Chris at the workshop to Steve, who picked my car up and dropped it off when it needed to go to the workshop. Steve was really friendly, explained everything to
me and went out of his way to collect the car out of hours too. A level of personal service really makes a difference, thank you.

Wonderful service! Swift and efficient contact, regularly kept up to date with repair progress. Lovely friendly staff, from the reception team, through to Steve who picked up & dropped my car back to me, so I’m a very happy customer as they made the painful process of getting my car repaired, very smooth indeed!

First Class Service
Not first time I am using Fix Auto Mitcham, but the third. On each occasion the service has been exceptional. The staff are very professional and very friendly - Chris, Tony, Mark but to mention a few. As always they made me feel like a valued customer. They took my damaged car which had her front bumper almost swiped off and returned her to me looking brand spangling new. I really can’t fault them. I am not surprised they are so busy. An honest and reliable service which I would have no qualms recommending to my friends and family. Again, thank you guys - the car looks grrrEAT!!! 🤟🏾🫶🏾🤛🏾!!!
